The Space:

When you’re not out and about exploring the many local shops and restaurants, this 3rd floor apartment is ideal space to call home with a bright and open living space welcoming you as soon as you step through the front door. But perhaps one of its best features, this apartment is located right on top of the 927 Reserve Bourbon and Cocktail Bar, positioning you just steps away from happy hour or a night cap.



A relaxing living room with cushy sofa seating is a great place to unwind and catch up on the reflections of the day, or for enjoying an immersive movie night on the included smart TV. Although quaint, the kitchen comes well-equipped for your basic cooking needs with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and plenty of cookware and dining ware. A connected counter with barstool seating for 2 is a great place to enjoy a quick breakfast on your way out the door for a day of fun.

Bedroom #1 features a queen size bed, ceiling fan, and armchair with ottoman.



Bedroom #2 includes a full size bed as well as an office chair and desk should you need to catch up on some work.



The full bathroom includes a single vanity and walk-in shower.

• Parking for 1 vehicle available on the back side of the building or on the street.

• Communal laundry is available for your stay, located in the common hallway area outside of the unit.

• This unit is a 3rd Floor walk-up; no elevator is available.

• This building is equipped with a total of 3 Security Cameras, monitoring the hallways of common areas and the parking lot.
