Located on the quiet sound side and yet just blocks from the ocean. Come swim in the pool and relax in the hot tub! Great cottage for families. Fenced yard with swing set beautiful fish pond with waterfall something for the whole family to enjoy. Pool table and large screen TVā€™s with DVD for game or movie nights. Close to shopping and wonderful restaurants. Public play ground and public boat ramp 3 blocks away. A few blocks from the beach and close to public access and free parking. Close to Avalon fishing pier. Freezer in garage to store extra food or fish! Gas grill with bottle filled, picnic table for fun family cook outs. Kitchen table expands for large family and seats 8. Most anything you want or need is awaiting you at 'Just Enuff'.


Cottage includes 2 family rooms located upstairs and downstairs. Both with DVDā€™s and large screen TVā€™s. Bunk bed room with TV with DVD player. All towels and linens included. Guest expected to light clean prior to checking out. New washing machine and dryer available. Picnic table and gas grill with tank filled to enhance your experience outside shower for your convenience. Sidewalks around cottage to pool and fish pond. Central air conditioning. Kitchen with all appliances mixer, toaster oven, can opener, over stove microwave, blender, coffee maker. Fridge with ice maker and water on door. Extra freezer down stairs. Fish cleaning table.

We had a wonderful family vacation staying in this home. The hot tub and pool were well maintained and clean. The bunk bed room was a hit for the children! We never ran out of towels, there was an abundance. There were countless hours spent playing pool, foosball & air hockey. Canā€™t wait to come back!

This is a perfect place to stay if you are looking for fun when not at the beach! Great pool, nice hot tub & there is a pool table, air hockey & foos ball tables; plenty of things to do - we did not turn on the TV once! Communication with the managers was awesomeā€¦always very quick to respond! This really could not have been any better!!! If ever going back to OBX - would definitely rent again without hesitation!

Overall, our stay was excellent. The house was very clean and extremely well-equipped with everything we needed, and the pool and hot tub were used every day. Great location - convenient short drive to the ocean and easy walking to the sound and walkways. The only inconveniences were having to put sheets on the beds when we arrived after a long drive, and having to wash, dry, and put away towels before we left. However, with all of the options that this house afforded, we would highly recommend it to others.

Great for a Family Vacation

The house was as advertised & the most well-stocked house we have ever stayed at. There was plenty of bath towels, beach towels, condiments, toys, etc. It was conveniently located near a large beach access, restaurants, grocery stores, shops, etc. Donna responded promptly to any concerns that we had. Our grandchildren really enjoyed the pool & swingset. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful area

We had 5 adults 1 teenager and 2 toddlers. Was large enough for all of us with lots of amenities. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants

Book this house!!!

This house was amazing! Location was perfect & house itself was better than expected! Pool/hotub were both clean and a great hang out spot. Only a couple minutes to beach access and sound side access. Lots of space in the rooms and everything was perfect! Owners were amazing and communicated so well the whole stay.

A Fantastic Oasis

Our stay at this vacation home was simply outstanding! The property exceeded all our expectations with its spacious layout and top-notch amenities. The private pool and spa were perfect for relaxation, and the game room kept everyone entertained. The kitchen was fully equipped, making meal prep a breeze. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like beach towels, bicycles, and ample outdoor furniture. The location near the ocean was ideal, providing easy access to stunning beaches and nearby activities. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive. We highly recommend this property and can't wait to return!

More than enuff!

We truly couldnā€™t have been more fortunate to have found this gem. It had everything that we needed and more. We enjoyed alternating days between the pool oasis and the beach. I even created a scavenger hunt for our group to play, just based on the incredible amenities that the house featured. The location was exquisite, with a brew thru and ice machine in walking distance! We enjoyed the short walk to watch sunsets at the sound side. Hoping to return annually for our gatherings!

Family vacation

Really convenient location, a lot of stuff around to do and close walk to the beach. The listing is identical to what is listed online. The house literally has everything you need on vacation (kitchen stuff, towels etc). The host is very responsive to messages. My only complaint was the house was not super clean, the floor had a lot of debris on it. There was black dog hair everywhere (including the washer machine) and sand on top of one of the beds.

Clean, entertaining vacation home; in a safe, quiet neighborhood.

This home is clean, tidy and has everything you need for a comfortable, homey feel. They go above and beyond supplying more than other properties as far as plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap and dishwasher liquid. The fridge has condiments stocked so you donā€™t have to buy all new and then waste. The owners are pleasant and quick to respond to any inquiries and requests. The beach is close, but I wouldnā€™t recommend walking or riding bikes as you have to cross the super busy main strip, and there are no close stop lights with safe traffic crossing. The beds and pillows are clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub most days and on rainy days, the pool and air hockey tables were a lot of fun. In the evenings, we sat in the rockers on the deck and observed how friendly and tight-knit the neighbors residing there are. Overall, itā€™s a very quiet, pleasant, safe neighborhood and place to stay!

Home away from Home

We stayed for the weekend and it was our first time to the outer banks! We loved it! It really felt like home! I was my husband and I and our 2 boys . Ages 1 and 4. There was a high chair for us to use that was very convenient! And I loved the high chair - very sturdy! My husband and I enjoyed listening to the radio and playing pool downstairs. With the boys playing on the floor/one in a play pen that was provided there as well! It is very family friendly and the owners were very communicative . We had forgot our beach toys at home so we was very grateful there was some there we was able to use. The pool was nice and very relaxing. I think the only problem or something we ran into , but I donā€™t think it could have been helped was that the grass in the back yard about the play set had those little ā€œstickersā€ or ā€œgrass spursā€ ā€œdevil headsā€ Iā€™m not sure what everyone else calls them. But we had to make sure to wear shoes or something anytime we was walking in the grass or around it or made sure to stay in the sidewalk. 10/10 would most definitely stay again! LOVE OUR STAY!

Just enuf sums it up!

The house was okay. It was not quite as roomy or clean as the photos make it appear. The landloard does NOT have the house cleaned professionally between guest rentals. In fact, she asked us to clean it before checking out, then, after weā€™d cleaned it...she and her sister went to clean it and sent us an email, complaining we hadnā€™t done as good a job cleaning as she would have liked. Also, the hot tub had been taken down for the winter, so we didnā€™t have that amenity to use. We felt that since the info makes clear the fireplace is not available in summer, that a sentence should have been added stating the hot tub isnā€™t available in the off-season. The home is cluttered with stuff and decor is over-done with mixed styles. So, overall we grade this place a solid ā€œCā€.ā€ Average. Thatā€™s it. The place wasnā€™t wonderful...it was ā€œjust enufā€.
