Pontos negativos: Limpeza
The property itself was nice and accommodating for our family. A huge bonus was that every couple had their own bathroom. We liked the ability to watch TV on the porch, cook full meals with all utensils provided for both the kitchen and grill, and the hot tub during the chilly weather. The downfall about the property was the lack of cleanliness when we arrived. There are spider webs in almost every corner of every window in the house, all over the ceilings, and on some of the decorations within the house. We also killed 4 wasp inside the house while we were there, and found the wasp nest on the ceiling. There are also a couple of wood planks on the ceiling above the area where the top of the stairs enter into the loft that look like they could possibly be speckled with mold. Overall the experience was positive, it could just use more attention on cleaning.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the property’s amenities and that it was a comfortable and accommodating space for your family. We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered, especially the spider webs, wasps, and concerns about the ceiling. This is not the experience we want our guests to have, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. We will make sure these items are addressed so we can provide a cleaner and more comfortable stay for future guests. Thank you again for your feedback, and we’re happy to hear that, overall, you had a positive experience!

Cool place to stay

Overall, the cabin was a nice place to stay and rest with the family. The first night we got there. There was no water. We had to buy water in order to flush the toilets which was terrible, but the cabin in general was a good place. Plenty of space comfy bedsThere were a few things that could’ve been better. There was a lot of cobwebs on the decor in the house where it hadn’t been cleaned some stuff obviously makes sense windowsills and up high places, but just decor sitting on entryway tables were covered in cobwebs. There was wasp in the master bathroom upstairs, Lights were out in certain places the hot tub area was very dirty and not cleaned. The heater was not working up stairs so it was cold at nightThe beds were extremely comfortable, the deck is nice an spacious. It was a great time to get away and relax!

We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was in great condition and had everything we needed. The only thing that was a little confusing from the website was the arrangements of the room. On the first floor there is a large bunk room with two bunk beds and plenty of room for kids to play. Across the hall downstairs is a full-size bathroom. Upstairs is the large master bedroom with a very large bathroom. The second bedroom is upstairs with the king-size bed, but the room is very small. There is an additional full bathroom upstairs across the hall from the second bedroom. There’s also a loft upstairs with a foosball table and a twin size daybed with a trundle. We enjoyed all the other amenities that are included with the house. We would stay here again, if we only needed one master bedroom.
