Sycamore Shade: 151 House, HOT TUB, Mountain Views
Sycamore Shade is a one-level home with comfortable private rooms and engaging community spaces. The house is accessible through a keypad door lock (code provided upon booking). Our family lives across the street and are always available if any questions or issues arise.
LIVING ROOM - Walk into your getaway stay through the living room to find an IG setting with a modern blue velvet couch, Smart TV (Netflix provided), Grandpa’s favorite armchair with ottoman, and a record player with a few of our favorites to set the mood or Bluetooth to your phone, it still sounds great.
KITCHEN - Fully stocked kitchen with all major appliances, glassware for every occasion, dinner supplies for 8 people, and kitchen tools your Mom would insist upon. Appliances include: Dishwasher, Electric Glass Top Range, Eat-In Dining area for 6, and brand new White Quartz Countertops
BEDROOM 1- Queen size bed, two night stands with lamps, dresser, and closet
BATHROOM 1 - Full bathroom with combination shower/tub, custom tile work with eco-friendly basic toiletries and towels provided. The exhaust fan can be connected to your bluetooth phone, so you can enjoy all the jams while relaxing in a bubble bath. Champagne and Cheese please? / Truly inviting the champagne and cheese experience
BEDROOM 2 - Two twin beds, dresser, night stand and closet.
BEDROOM 3 (MASTER)- Queen size bed, two night stands, dresser, and big mirror closet.
BATHROOM 2 - Full bathroom with combination shower/tub, custom tile work with eco-friendly basic toiletries and towels provide all the necessities of home.
Sycamore shade is located in a quiet neighborhood right off 151 within a 5-10 minute drive to all of The Brew Ridge Trail’s breweries, wineries, cideries and distilleries. You’ll find yourself in a mountainside community with Virginia hospitality at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Explore by daylight and kick back at nightfall in our peaceful home with a spacious deck to view the stars and a hot tub to soothe your woes.
