Located on the 4th floor with fantastic ocean and park views, you'll be just a few steps across Kihei Rd to one of Maui's favorite beaches....situated in the south end of Kihei, very close to Wailea. Experience the lively sounds of Kihei Town during the day and let the sounds of the ocean waves crashing lull you to sleep at night.
Our Beach, Kama'ole 3, is a long sandy picturesque beach. You'll find suitable areas for small children and wave hunters alike, equipped with lifeguards, showers, barbecues and tables. Plus, there are several gentle coves with a wonderful snorkeling reef... A haven for whales, turtles and dolphins.

This 1200 square foot Mid Century Maui condo was remodeled in Island Style luxury. Spacious, very bright and beautiful with 16 foot Vaulted Bamboo Ceilings . It is situated horizontally across the front of the top floor, offering a beautiful extensive Ocean/Beach Park view of the Maui coast...... 'Hawaiian Sunsets are the Best' and if you're lucky you might catch a whale or two. There is an elevator for your convenience and a covered assigned parking space.

All furniture is 'Island Aloha Style' of very high quality and decor will make you feel the Aloha spirit.
There is a large well appointed kitchen with everything you need to feel at home. The furnishings are top notch and the bedding is lux. (King in Master & 2 Twins in Second bedroom that can be made into a King upon request) and there are 2 Flat Screen smart TV 's and FREE Wireless Broadband Internet is provided along as well as other special features like a sound bar music system.

Sean is a kind, friendly, and thoughtful host with an amazing place right by Kamaole Beach Park III. I did quite a bit of research to find the right neighborhood for us in Maui, and this spot turned out to be absolutely perfect!The beach is so close that we often didn’t even bother bringing towels—it’s just steps away. The unit is well-equipped with plenty of water sports gear and a full kitchen. It’s also an easy walk to the nearest grocery store, a great brunch spot, and the main snorkeling dock.This location is a perfect hub for exploring Maui—you can enjoy the beach just outside the unit without being in a resort, and you’ll have easy access to OGG Airport, Hana, Paia, Lahaina, and many of the island’s top recommended restaurants.Being a top corner unit with big windows and super high ceilings, you can still enjoy the feeling of being outside even when you’re indoors. The building is very quiet, making it perfect for travelers who want to feel at home in Maui—those who prefer occasional cooking, relaxing, and enjoying a peaceful stay rather than the busy resort or hotel vibe. Highly recommended!

Seriously this place hits on every level.

My wife and I and our two adult children just spent a week at Sean and Jim’s place in Kihei… and it was fantastic. The decor is seriously impeccable. The location is perfect. Their unit is right on the end of the complex so you’re looking out onto the ocean every day. The air conditioning units take the heat and humidity away so that you can enjoy time in their beautiful Polynesian respite. They’ve also provided everything you can imagine you would possibly need…And so cleverly stored in hidden closets! Chairs for the beach, umbrellas, coolers, vacuum, cleaning supplies, spices. Everything is so well thought out. I cooked out one night poolside and we took the food back upstairs and dined alfresco on the lanai…. And watch the sunset on the ocean.The location is right across the street from the beach, and there’s great restaurants and bars and coffee shops within walking distance. We took a brisk walk every morning down to Wailea! Amazing.We can’t wait to go back again. Really well done guys. Thanks for being an amazing hosts and sharing your place.

A piece of paradise

One of the best rental properties we’ve ever stayed in. The place is gorgeous, right across from a great beach with a large grassy area, bathrooms, etc. a great pool and everything you could ask for to make you feel right at home. Kihei itself is great for families but this unit made it even better. You can tell a lot of love and thought was put into making it feel so cozy.

Marvelous Maui Stay

This penthouse was had the perfect layout and location to celebrate our retirement. We had an initial issue with the door access which the property manager dealt with promptly. We loved being close enough to walk across the street to access the beach for swimming, snorkeling, and body surfing. Also close to many shops and dining. Mahalo for the memories. Sheri

Spring Break with Family

The property had everything we could ask for. The view from the room is amazing and Kam 3 Beach is so close and very nice. There is a decent amount of street noise, so if you are sensitive to that, bring ear plugs.

Great stay

We had a great stay, everything was comfortable and accessible. The location is great and there is good people watching from the balcony. Beds were comfy and good light blocking/sound makers available to lessen street noise. The condo did get hot in the afternoon and early evening, but we were usually out exploring during that time.

Amazing

This condos is very clean & comfortable. The beds are comfortable. The bedding is adequate but the white towels could be replaced. Our only issue was the road noise as the condo is very close to Kehei Road. The owners have sound machines to help block the traffic noise but the garbage trucks & loud cars & motorcycles still are extremely loud. The other issue is the homeless lady who showers on property in the sand shower each Tues are 8 AM. She is comfortable enough to be totally naked . Not a great situation for young children . The traffic noise & the homeless cannot be controlled by owners. Overall we enjoyed out time

Beautifully appointed condo, right across street from wonderful beach

Everything about the condo was wonderful--the only thing that wasn't perfect is that there was some street noise, so if you're sensitive to that, be aware that it's on S. Kihei Road which has a fair amount of traffic.Other than that, it exceeded all expectations. It's gorgeously decorated, it's got views from both bedrooms and the living/dining room of Kamaole 3, which is a terrific and beautiful location. They have everything you need and many things you want--kitchen has appliances, pans, storage containers, etc.; the beach pantry has beach chairs, toys, umbrella, snorkel gear, etc. Kamaole Beach Park 3 is a terrific beach and right across the street, and there were TONS of turtles during our stay and also some whales in the distance, and we got super lucky and actually saw a seal swim right up to shore for a few seconds. We love this part of Kihei-in addition to the gorgeous beaches, just up the road are all kinds of wonderful restaurants and shops.All communications with property owners and property managers were excellent and helpful.

Wonderful

We have stayed in this condo several times now. The views from the deck are outstanding. (Sunsets in the evening, whale watching on occasion and the large waves from Kamolie 3 beach.) A short walk and you have shopping and some nice places to eat. The condo is clean and well organized.

Wonderful experience

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The views were wonderful. Each day we had coffee on the patio with a view of the ocean. We were also walking distance from several restaurants. The unit had everything that you would need including chairs to take to the beach, beach towels and all the kitchen essentials. We can constantly complemented the decor. It's a beautiful island decorated unit. We were also happy to have on site parking. We must say that initially we thought you had to be a skilled driver to get into the parking spot, but after a couple of days we were able to get in without much anxiety. 😀 We highly recommend staying and would definitely stay again.

As Advertised!

A fantastic location in Maui! We couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The listing is spot on and the hosts provide everything you need for your stay. Having beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, and other beach items provided was such a great addition to this stay. Literally saw whales every day from the unit (we stayed in January). The surrounding area is safe and provided everything we needed from restaurants, bars, groceries, etc. Contact with hosts was easy and quick and same goes for the property manager. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Kihei Stay

This apartment was roomy and comfortable. It is in an older building and there were some abandoned broke down cars in the parking garage which just gave the outside a run down appearance. As for the inside, it was beautifully decorated. The view is excellent from the lanai. It’s in walking distance to the beaches as well as stores and restaurants. There was a bright light in the building next door which made sleeping tough in the 2nd bedroom (consider blackout curtains or shades on the lanai?) . Other than that a few things were broken (toilet and ceiling fan) and Danielle the property manager was right on it fixing both in a timely manner. Overall this was a great location and price point. I know the owners and Danielle take great care to ensure the guests have all they need (beach chairs towels etc) and have done the best they can in a dated property. If you care about outward property aesthetics I’d take that into consideration- if you don’t it’s really lovely inside and the view of the ocean is beautiful ! We also appreciated the updated bathrooms and the welcome gift.

Winter Paradise

We were so pleased with this vacation property. The condo did not disappoint on views; full ocen views from every room. We were lucky enough to spot a whale from the lanai! The property owner and the property manager were both punctual about responding to inquiries. The condo was clean, well decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed, including beach accessories. I would be remiss to not mention the beach. Kamaole Beach Park III is literally right across the street from the condo. This was the perfect beach for our family. We enjoyed snorkeling, body surfing, boogie boarding, and laying in the sun. The condo is a short walk to a variety of restaurants and shops. There is definitely some street noise as Kihei Rd is quite lively at most times of the day and into the night. We did not mind as it also provided a wealth of people watching. We hope to be lucky enough to stay here again on our next trip to Maui. Mahalo!

Wonderful property and location

As advertised. Great spacious property. Older property but a nice interior renovation done. Super location right across the busy road from one of the best beaches on Maui. Close to shops, food and golf. Yes the road is busy and a bit loud at times but thats what you get when you are on the beach in Kihei. Well stocked with all you could need. loads of fans and A/C to keep the place cool. No issues what so ever and really enjoyed our stay.

Look No Further!!

Perfect spot in Kihei for 2 Couples to share. The kitchen is impeccably stocked with all you need for meals in the Condo, tho we opted for only Breakfast meals as the location is too perfect not to venture out to the beach across the street or a walk along S. Kihei Road to shops and restaurants. The beds are comfortable and the unit is equipped with numerous ceiling fans in all room and floor fans. AC units are in both bedrooms on a timer…you simply don’t need the AC on with the ocean breezes, but they cooled to rooms off fantastically for sleeping til the morning. Beach closet is stocked with all you need and washer and dryer for mid-week laundry. Communication was outstanding…definitely planning our next stay around availability of this spot. Beautiful decor and furnishings…1st class condo treasure!

We have always dreamed of owning a very "Hawaiian" feeling property....and found it! I am an Interior Designer and Jim is a General Contractor and we restore and remodel vintage homes for a living....you'll love what we've done with the condo. :)

Professionally decorated and comfortable....You will love the 16 foot high bamboo ceilings, walls of glass facing the ocean, the Lanai, vintage Shoji screens, the open layout with great separation of space. Really nice to have 2 full baths with plenty of room to share!
