Located on the 4th floor with fantastic ocean and park views, you'll be just a few steps across Kihei Rd to one of Maui's favorite beaches....situated in the south end of Kihei, very close to Wailea. Experience the lively sounds of Kihei Town during the day and let the sounds of the ocean waves crashing lull you to sleep at night.
Our Beach, Kama'ole 3, is a long sandy picturesque beach. You'll find suitable areas for small children and wave hunters alike, equipped with lifeguards, showers, barbecues and tables. Plus, there are several gentle coves with a wonderful snorkeling reef... A haven for whales, turtles and dolphins.

This 1200 square foot Mid Century Maui condo was remodeled in Island Style luxury. Spacious, very bright and beautiful with 16 foot Vaulted Bamboo Ceilings . It is situated horizontally across the front of the top floor, offering a beautiful extensive Ocean/Beach Park view of the Maui coast...... 'Hawaiian Sunsets are the Best' and if you're lucky you might catch a whale or two. There is an elevator for your convenience and a covered assigned parking space.

All furniture is 'Island Aloha Style' of very high quality and decor will make you feel the Aloha spirit.
There is a large well appointed kitchen with everything you need to feel at home. The furnishings are top notch and the bedding is lux. (King in Master & 2 Twins in Second bedroom that can be made into a King upon request) and there are 2 Flat Screen smart TV 's and FREE Wireless Broadband Internet is provided along as well as other special features like a sound bar music system.

Location is perfect, we were able to walk it a quick drive to lots of shops and restaurants. Beautiful clear view of the park and ocean. It was very clean and well equipped. The beach pantry made it so easy to enjoy the ocean and could easily tote all the gear on foot just across the street. It would be great for a small family also with the park so close. We would recommend the place to anyone.

Our family stayed here for 2 weeks and it was fantastic!! The location and views were breathtaking! The hosts, manager and cleaners were wonderful and easy to contact. The condo had everything we could’ve asked for in terms of supplies (beach gear and household needs). We would recommend this place to anyone!! Can’t wait to go back!

Beautifully furnished unit with everything you need to cook and have a comfortable stay. There’s a bit of noise from the nearby road/park so I’d recommend bringing ear plugs if you want to sleep with doors open but we just closed the doors and it was no problem. I would definitely stay again!

Great view of ocean, which we were hoping for. Beach was closed much of our stay due to the wild weather. Kona storm caused damage and any cancellations of our planned activists. The view from this property helped. Saw whales in distance. Even with all the closures of beaches, State parks, etc we still had a wonderful time and will be back!

The Condo was very well appointed. The kitchen even had good knives. It is right across the street from the beach, which is great. The only negative is the street noise. It usually quieted down overnight. The location is very convenient near restaurants and shops but not right in the middle of them. We appreciated all the stuff in the beach closet. Keawakapu beach, about a mile south of the Condo was my favorite: sandy level bottom, snorkeling at the north end, little fun waves in the middle, easy parking.

Great place, great location!

Wonderful place for our family visit to Maui - right across the road to the beach, and easy access to all parts of the island by rental car.A lovely condo with excellent decor and perfect for making good family memories!

We had an excellent stay at this property! The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you will need. The beach pantry is very generously loaded with chair, umbrellas, coolers, etc. it came in handy for all the beach days. The location is prime, walking distance to Kam 2 and 3! The accommodations had plenty supplies. We enjoyed the views on the lanai and had a very comfortable stay. The owners had excellent communication and provided awesome recommendations prior to the stay. I’d definitely stay here again!! Thank you!

Great stay in Kihei

We had a great stay here! We wish we were able to stay longer - great location, the beach is so nice across the street, and the condo was so cute and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again when we can get ourselves back to Maui!

Little slice of paradise

The stay was just what we needed. Location was great with easy beach access, short drives around Kihei and Wailea, clean, responsive housekeeping, nothing but good things to say aobut our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent Location & Space

One of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed at. A little bit of street noise but really enjoyed the unit, views, and easy access to local beaches and businesses.

Christmas in Kihei

We had a wonderful stay in the Beachfront Penthouse. The unit has a fabulous view and a lot of comfortable seating for family to hang out together. We will book again!

Enjoyable

Excellent location. As advertised a very nice condo with easy access to beach. Restaurants were within walking distance and a very easy drive to others. Would stay here again.

Great stay

We had a great stay, everything was comfortable and accessible. The location is great and there is good people watching from the balcony. Beds were comfy and good light blocking/sound makers available to lessen street noise. The condo did get hot in the afternoon and early evening, but we were usually out exploring during that time.

We have always dreamed of owning a very "Hawaiian" feeling property....and found it! I am an Interior Designer and Jim is a General Contractor and we restore and remodel vintage homes for a living....you'll love what we've done with the condo. :)

Our Mid Century Maui home was completely remodeled. Beautifully new but maintains its wonderful Island feeling. You can't beat the location, the view, the sound of the ocean and the vintage Hawaiian decor with all the modern necessities. We look forward to sharing it with you!

Professionally decorated and comfortable....You will love the 16 foot high bamboo ceilings, walls of glass facing the ocean, the Lanai, vintage Shoji screens, the open layout with great separation of space. Really nice to have 2 full baths with plenty of room to share!
