'SkyView Rentals SkyView Mansion' is a 13 bedroom 17 bath luxury cabin with elevator that offers panoramic views of the Smokies from one of the most majestic peaks in Sherwood Forest Resort and sleeps 70. We have a Wheelchair accessible ramp or stairs leading up to the front door. Located just minutes from action packed Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, major area attractions, restaurants and endless shopping.

SkyView Rentals "SkyView Mansion" is a BRAND NEW 13 Bedroom Mansion which can accommodate up to 70 guests, and seats up to 70 all together in the large Dinning area, it offers panoramic views of the Smokies from one of the most majestic peaks in Sherwood Forest. It is convenient to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area attractions, restaurants and shopping. Connect with your friends with our Free WIFI.

As you enter the warm fully furnished lodge on the main level, you'll find a beautiful stacked stone fireplace flanked by a wall of windows. Enjoy the spectacular views while rocking on the deck or relaxing in the hot tub. Just off the fully equipped gourmet kitchen is the large Dining Room with seating for all 70 guests.

A short elevator ride up to the loft reveals four master bedrooms with king bed, TV, large bathroom, and huge Jacuzzi tub. Ride the elevator down to the 2nd floor to enjoy another big-screen TV in your own Game Room with its see-thru fireplace adjacent to the Bar Room. With 5 other bedrooms (4 with king beds and 1 with queen-over-queen bunk beds, plus a Bunk Bedroom which can accommodate up to 24 kids), all with their own private bath.

One more elevator ride down to the lowest level offers a Indoor Heated Pool plus 30 seat Theater, and 4 more bedroom with private baths, one of which is handicap accessible. Visit with friends and family in front of another fireplace here, or enjoy the bar and deck.

Unforgettable stay at a gorgeous property

I highly recommend the Sky View Mansion as a wonderful venue for a family reunion. It is stunningly gorgeous--the pictures are accurate but even they don't portray how great this place is. So many details, so well equipped with all you need to host a large gathering. We will for sure come again, you should too!

Swank Family Trip

We had 26 stay for the week and there was ample space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely rent Skyview Mansion if we were to travel to the Gatlinburg area again.

By far the best VRBO we have stayed in to date. Something for everyone. CLEAN and as described. Newer beds and everything works. Highly recommend this place for a large group.

Perfect Lodge for our big group!

Skyview Mansion completely exceeded our expectations! It was stunning, so much room for our group of almost 50, views from every window and just a fabulous space. We watched movies in the theater, played games in the game room and sat in the hot tub while it snowed. It was perfect ! The wifi worked awesome as well

Amazing property

We stayed at SkyView for a 28 person multigenerational family Thanksgiving week. This was the perfect spot to accommodate all of us. There we so many places in the house to sit and talk quietly or to interact as a large group. The kitchen was perfect and the size and appliances allowed for many cooks in the kitchen. The location was also great although Thanksgiving in Pigeon Forge is chaotic. Highly recommend.

Perfect for large groups

Home was spacious and comfortable for our large group. Plenty of room for kids to play. Kitchen is ideal for cooking large meals. Only small complaint is that pictures made it seem that cabin is alone, but it is actually one of many in a large development.

Fantastic! This was top of the line in every way!

Our entire group was incredibly impressed with the accommodations, view, and overall experience of staying at Sky View Mansion. The team was very responsive to the 1-2 minor questions/issues we had- would give a sixth start if there was an option. Comfortably accommodated our group of 63- some rooms were a bit crowded but still comfortable and beds for all. Grateful for the opportunity to stay and we will definitely be back.

Amazing Family Trip

Our family made one more special memory to celebrate my parent's 65th wedding anniversary! Everything was as advertised. Views were amazing, and there was everything there for a large group of people - 3 dishwashers, plenty of plates/silverware, cooking; multiple ovens and cooking surfaces. Bring your own salt and pepper though. Stacy the manager was amazing and very responsive. My only complaint would be the pillows were old and cheap - we had to double up from the extras from the bunk room.

1st Daniel Vacation

Six sisters(three sets of twins) age ranging from 60-80 yrs old, their children, grandkids, and great grandkids totaling around 48 people decided to do a vacation together. The property handled the group lovely. Rooms were spacious with plenty of bathrooms. Common areas were large enough were dinner could accommodate everyone. Balconies on three levels with a nice view of the mountains. Kitchen had enough ovens and cooktops which made cooking for the large group easy. Quick access to the main strip made grocery runs and what-not not to difficult. The property was beautiful and well laid out with entertainment for all ages.

Family Vacation

Awesome property

We were in town for a baseball tournament and the whole team and family members stayed at the home. There was plenty of space, bunk room worked great. Plenty of entertainment for the kids.

The property was as listed and great. The only thing is the floors were not very clean. Everyone's feet got black. The movie room was a disappointment at first as it did not work, but the equipment was replaced and all was well. No other complaints .

wonderful experience, perfect for large parties!

I hosted a women's retreat for 50 people and a few husbands in this mansion and it was perfection. The view was amazing, the space was perfect; everyone had a bed, plenty of bathrooms, perfect space to meet for trainings, the kitchen was plenty big enough for all the food and to provide meals and I especially loved the long tables in the kitchen eating area - that is something you usually never have space for- enough seats for all to sit and eat and we had that! We can't wait to rent again!

A Grand Time

Thank you to the owners for providing such an amazing house to enjoy for our Family Christmas. And thank you to Stacy! Management is amazing - response time, availability! Our family enjoyed everything about this home - Golden Tee Tournament, Pool Hustling, (Oh Grandpa!), Swimming, Hot Tub, Napping around the Christmas Tree while the fire was roaring. Pigeon Forge was lovely for some day shopping and then back to the house we went - the house was too great to not want to be there. Thank you again!!!

Super nice cabin. We had a great time with our family of 35.

We take our large fam to the Smokies every year and stayed at Skyview this year. Bottom line: Loved it and would stay there again for sure. Pros: - The quietest big cabin we've stayed in for sure. We have lots of kids and could barely even hear them from one floor to the next. - Stacy is easy to contact and jumps on every little thing super fast. (and very nice) -Great view of LaConte -Decorated really nice -Great location; just a few miles off the strip but feels far away -Grill was nice and the fire pit was a big hit - Great game room for kids -The little pool was actually a big hit with the kids - Big parking lot that we used as a scooter/bike pad by blocking off with cars Not cons; but things you'll want to know: - Do a good job of comparing rooms to guests...it does sleep a bunch of ppl but a good number of rooms have multiple beds. (kids loved the 24 person bunk room). - It's in a cabin neighborhood. It's sort of to itself which is nice; but there is street after street of cabins in the neighborhood with quite a bit of cars driving around. -Crows nest isn't accessible to guests It's a great place. We've stayed in around 10 giant cabins and this was my wife's fav. Very clean and just a great all around experience.

Amazing property for large groups and families. Something for everyone!

We thought this place was amazing. We ended up with 33 people, but it could easily handle more without feeling crowded. Love the view!!! It was very child friendly. We had 9 children aged 11 months to 8 years and they all loved it. Even the teenagers enjoyed themselves. We all loved having an indoor pool, theater and the hot tub. The kitchen is huge and it could easily handle more than one cook in the kitchen. Loved all the balconies! There are so many things to do in this area. Something for everyone. We could definitely recommend this to large groups.

AMAZING!!!

We have a family reunion every 2 years and we are a large family with lots of kids and couples. As the family has grown it has become very hard to find the perfect place. This is that place! It had plenty of bedrooms for couples, a bunk room that was perfect for all the kids/singles, PLENTY of common space for just hanging out without being on top of each other. The kitchen was well equiped and was perfect for all the meals in. We never have enough refrigerator space, don't let it fool you that there are only 2 refrigerators, they are very spacious and there is a beverage cooler too so we didn't have to use up refrigerator space on that. The ice machine was brilliant! Check-in and check-out was easy and smooth. There is plenty to do in the area and it is all accessible. The property is well located. We were very impressed on the amount of dishes, silverware & glasses. We never ran out of any of those and hardly even put a dent in the coffee mugs and we had all four coffee makers going most of the day. Any issues or questions we had we were able to talk to someone immediately and get an answer or have someone come out quickly. The owners and management were very attentive. We had 44 people in this house of all generations and ages. It was unanimous that this was perfect! Everyone wants to return to this location in 2 years. This is an opinionated family and the fact that everyone agreed this is the place to return too is a miracle!
