This home offers the perfect blend of modern convenience and timeless charm. Secluded on a private lot, you can start your mornings with a peaceful cup of coffee on the front porch or private patio. Inside, the main floor boasts an open-concept design with the living, dining, and kitchen areas flowing seamlessly. The main level also includes the master bedroom with a king bed, dual gas fireplace, walk in closet and a full ensuite bath. The lower level offers plenty of natural light, a second living room with 55 inch Smart TV, comfortable lounge furniture and desk for those working abroad. The lower level also includes two additional bedrooms, one with two twin xl beds and the second with a plush queen bed.

House Rules:



We have an extremely strict NO SMOKING policy of any kind inside the unit, on the balcony or in the building whatsoever.\



For our guests safety, there is a security camera set up on the front and back porch of the house.



Our home is nestled among mature trees, vibrant flowers, and well-maintained landscaping, creating a truly natural and serene environment. As a result, you may occasionally encounter a few insects during your stay. While we take regular and proactive pest control measures, we kindly ask that you consider this before booking—if the occasional bug would be a concern, this property may not be the right fit for you.



Pet Policy

-We do allow dogs, however you must gain approval prior to booking. - Approval is based on the type of dog breed, age and if they are housebroken. If approved a $100 pet fee applies. 



-Maximum Pets Allowed – A maximum of 1 dog is allowed per booking. Sorry, but cats are not allowed. 



-Supervision & Crating – Pets must not be left unattended inside the property unless crated.



-Furniture & Bedding – Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Extra cleaning fees will be charged for pet hair or stains.



-Outdoor Areas & Waste Cleanup – Pets must be leashed at all times when outside. Owners must clean up after their pets immediately and dispose of waste properly.



-Noise & Behavior – Excessive barking or disruptive behavior is not permitted. Guests may be asked to leave if their pet is causing disturbances.



-Damage Responsibility – Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage, including scratches, chewing, or accidents. Any repairs or extra cleaning costs will be charged to the guest.



-Flea & Tick Prevention – Pets must be up to date on flea and tick prevention before arrival.



-Local Laws & HOA Rules – Guests must comply with all local pet regulations and HOA rules, if applicable.







Cancellation policy

100% of prepayments, minus credit card processing fees, refundable when canceled 30 day(s) before arrival or earlier.

50% of prepayments, minus credit card processing fees, refundable when canceled 14 day(s) before arrival or earlier.

0% refundable if canceled after.

Security deposit policy

A pre-authorization of USD 500.00 is held on 1 day(s) before arrival and voided on 7 day(s) after departure. Security deposit funds will only be charged if damages are discovered upon departure. If damages exceed the security deposit amount, guests are responsible for any additional costs.
