This property was an exact match for everything we were looking for. Location, secure parking, great layout, close to everything in the Gaslight district.Owner was the best and easiest to work with over the summer.I would rent this space again without hesitation!!

Very clean with essentials provided for a several day stay. Great location to walk to all downtown restaurants, grocery stores, Padres games, etc. Quiet building with polite residents.

Great Stay

Spacious loft in the middle of downtown San Diego with easy public transportation next door! Couldnt ask for a more comfortable stay and Bob was a great host!

The condo Bob has in downtown San Diego is tremendous! It's in a great location; convenient to walk to restaurants, shopping and even the convention center and harbor. The building itself is very nice, the underground parking was convenient. I found the unit to be comfortable and well stocked. The kitchen had everything a cook could want, there were ample linens and towels. There is a nice rooftop patio to relax on and enjoy the San Deigo weather. I can't recommend it enough.

What a nice place to stay! The place is really right within reach of everything. You can walk to restaurants and other interesting places. The place was very clean and there´s anything you´ll need for your stay. Underground parking is very convenient. Bob was caring even before my stay and during it. I love that place and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful!

I cannot say enough positive things about this place and my stay here! The space itself is beautiful, well maintained, very clean, and comfortable. The downtown location is perfect. It’s close to all the restaurants/bars/nightlife, but far enough away that you don’t get all the noise. Everything that you could need in that area is very close by and convenient. Bob was very friendly, professional, responded very quickly to texts/emails/phone calls, and was truly a pleasure to rent from. My stay here was exceptional and I highly recommend it to anyone staying in the downtown area!

Could not say enough good things about this apartment. I stayed here for a couple months and was so thankful that Bob gave me the opportunity to rent his condo. The amenities and small touches made my 3 month stay very comfortable. The condo is very spacious. Parking was a major plus. Onsite laundry, WiFi, cable and the location were all cherries on top. Thank you so much Bob! I would absolutely return here if I ever return to San Diego!

Everything you need in a perfect location

The host is very responsive and professional. Underground parking was very valuable and the building is lovely. The condo location to attend ballgames was just perfect! Walking to the games surrounded by fellow Red Sox fans was a blast! Also close to the Convention Center, Gaslamp Quarter and the trolley. Traffic was surprisingly light in town even on workdays. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The condo was exactly as it shows in the pictures. Very clean, very comfortable!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo! Everything we needed to close at hand and access to everything was very easy. It was great to have somewhere to park so that we could explore the city with easy access. I would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the San Diego area.

Excellent property, great location

Our family found the condo very comfortable and it included everything we needed. Having secure dedicated parking was a plus in the area. Owner very responsive to questions, concerns and issues. Would recommend for anyone wanting a great place to stay in a neighborhood near the hustle and bustle of the gaslamp but not in the middle of it. Nice walk to convention center. Plenty of dining choices nearby or delivery available as well, plus a grocery in the next block.

Very nice condo, EXCELLENT location!

We were very please with choice we made staying in San Diego. We could not have asked for a better location, within easy walking distance to everything. The condo was very clean and well equipped. We would stay there again without hesitation, Bob was very responive with any questions we had.

Perfect for us!

Spent several days in San Diego with our 14 year old grandson. Condo was perfect for us. Grandson had his own "space" upstairs which he loved. Close to ballpark, several restuarants, etc., which made it very easy. If we are ever back this way, would certainly want to stay here again.

Fantastic condo!!!

We couldn't have asked for a better location or condo. It literally had everything we could need or want....from extra towels to beach chairs! Bob followed up with us to make sure we were settled, which was appreciated. Location is in an up and coming area with lots of pubs and restaurants. Close to public transportation and indoor parking were bonuses! You can walk to anything you need though, which was very convenient.

Great Stay

The property was lovely, exactly as described and pictured. It was immaculately clean and the kitchen well stocked for use. Underground, safe parking was a real plus. We, 3 women, could walk anywhere in the area and feel safe. Trolley stop around the corner, grocery store across the street, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The only glitch was a problem with the TV, which Bob responded to quickly and provided a partial refund. Would absolutely stay here again.

The condo exceeded my expectations!

I as in town for a covention and stayed a full week. The location was perfect, a very easy walk to the convention center and meetings I had at the Marriott Marquis. The unit was very clean and well stocked in the kitchen and plenty of towels. The number of great restaurants and bars in the Gas Lamp district proved finding any cuisine simple. The owner followed up with me prior to and during the stay to be sure I had everything I needed and answered all of my questions. Will definitely stay on a future trip.

Fabulous!!!

We were in town for a convention and the location in East Village was fabulous for our needs. We didn't rent a car and walked everywhere. The condo was very inviting just as pictured and the owner very attentive answering all our inquiries. The gaslamp distrct was a few blocks walk and Balboa Park was amazing. We appreciated having a grocery store very close by. Would highly recommend for a stay in San Diego

Great condo in a safe neighborhood!

Stayed here for a work conference that was at Hilton Bayfront. Easy walk. Easy walk to Petco Park. In Gaslamp district and close to tons of shops and restaurants. Would stay here again!

Wonderful stay in a comfy condo

We loved this condo. Stayed here for a work conference and was an easy walk to the hotel. Also near all the action in Gaslamp Quarter but not so close that it's loud. Easy walk to convention center and harbor.

Great apartment, good value, near the Gaslamp district

Apartment is right near all the restaurants and bars in the Gaslamp district, well equipped kitchen, tastefully decorated; lots of quality linens, roomy with comfortable bed; a couple of decks to enjoy the outside air. A major plus, the unit comes with secure underground parking in the building with direct access to the elevator from the parking level. This is a big deal in this area, especially on days where there are events at the nearby Petco field (we had dinner guests that had to pay $17 for an evening of parking in a lot). For the most part, on street parking is non-existent. All in all, for us the space, the quality, the ability to prepare our own meals when we wanted, the included parking made this a far preferable choice compared to a hotel. This unit is in an urban area, and as such it is subject to homeless people on the street and the racket of things like sirens and the light rail horn that goes with being downtown. We found this to be a minor consideration compared to the value otherwise. Recommended.

Fabulous condo

Switching from a downtown hotel in the Gaslamp district to this condo was the best decision I have ever made. The pictures of the condo were great and I was not disappointed when we arrived. It was the perfect size for us while we attended a conference at the convention center, just a 10 minute walk away!! Even closer to Petco Park.Two patios plus room for more people if they wanted to use the sofa bed in the darling loft up the spiral staircase. Beautifully appointed, great kitchen, washer and dryer, everything one could ask for. Will definitely use it again if we return to San Diego.
