Relax after a long day exploring the area on the covered patio furnished with comfortable outdoor sofa seating while you enjoy the sun and fresh air. The café table for 2 is the perfect place for your morning coffee as you plan the agenda ahead. Indoors, the naturally lit and open living room features plush sofa seating with a mounted TV and electric fireplace when you need a warmup during the cooler nights and months. In the dining room, a high-top table offers seating for 4 with additional kitchen counter seating for another 4 just steps away. Whether you’re sitting down for a formal meal or a quick bite before heading out the door, these spaces can accommodate either. Speaking of meals, the kitchen features bright white cabinetry and shiny countertops, well-equipped with all standard appliances, a drip coffee maker, cookware, and dining ware for homecooked meals or preparing takeout from a delicious new restaurant.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, private deck access, and a small desk that can serve as a private workspace.

Bedroom #2 includes full size bed and 2 twin size beds in bunk format. This room also provides access to the home’s deck.

The home includes 1 full guest bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- For the 2026 season, there may be active construction at the lakefront (yacht club/restaurants, beach, etc.). Abbey Springs may limit or close lakefront amenities at any time. As such, host is not responsible for the lack of availability of any community-provided amenities.

- Washer and dryer in home.

- Golf cart is available approximately May-September. Renter will be required to sign an additional agreement before being given access to the golf cart key.

- Electric fireplace in living room is not available for use.

- The parking is not designated to the unit. It is first come first serve. Additional cars beyond 2 must park at the Abbey Springs office.

- Upon entering the neighborhood, guests will need to check in at the security checkpoint where they will issue access cards and parking pass(es). No more than 6 guests will be allowed onto the grounds of the community. Guest passes for community amenities are included in the nightly rate.

- The Abbey Springs community provides the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sport courts, arcade, fitness center, beach, lakefront park, and restaurants. We generally expect them to be open and available year-round (besides the outdoor amenities being available seasonally), but their availability is at the discretion of the community. As such, host is not responsible for the lack of availability of any community-provided amenities.

- The minimum age to book our properties is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.

Outdoor pool season is Memorial Day through Labor Day and offers recreational swimming and patio lounging. You have access to the golf cart for use within Abbey Springs during your stay.
