Modern Townhouse Close to Sloans Lake!
Our modern Denver townhouse, built in 2021, offers comfort and a prime location. Thoughtfully furnished, it has everything you need for a great stay. We're just a few blocks from Sloan’s Lake and the light rail station, giving you easy access to downtown Denver, Mile High Stadium, Coors Field, LoHi, and the RiNo art district by train or a short drive. Plus, enjoy a complimentary cleaning for each month you book!
Inside, you'll find hardwood floors, an open-concept living area with a modern gas fireplace, and a kitchen featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and European soft-close cabinets. Natural light fills the space, making it perfect for a morning coffee. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and a private patio. A second bedroom on the top floor has a queen bed, full bath, and another deck for relaxing. The layout offers privacy while being great for families or groups.
Outside, enjoy the private, fenced courtyard—ideal for fresh air or grilling. There's also easy access to the single-car garage from this area.
Self check-in instructions will be sent 48 hours before your stay. Our home is divided into two apartments, with the basement unit rented out. You may encounter other guests in the shared entryway stairwell, but your unit remains fully private. Both units share the same electrical panel, located in the garage. In the rare event that the basement loses power, we might need to send maintenance to access the panel.
No Parties/Events Allowed. Strictly Enforced.
Neighborhood noise ordinance: 10 pm. Please keep all noise inside after this time. There are surrounding neighbors so please be mindful.
Dogs are allowed with a $150 non-refundable fee per month (2nd dog is an additional $50 per month). Inquire about multiple pets, cats, or long stays.
We require guests to sign a lease agreement, which simply acknowledges our house rules and policies.
A complimentary clean is provided about 2 weeks into your stay. For stays of 60+ days, an additional clean will be scheduled around week 6. Inquire for details on longer stays.
We require an additional $500 deposit for local guests. Please inquire for details.
Childproofing: No special measures taken; guests assume risk. We have 1 stairgate to place at top of stairs for 2nd level. No stair gate is available for spiral staircase.
Travel Insurance/Cancellations: Highly recommended. No refunds are provided outside of the cancellation policy. Date changes are treated as cancellations if the new date is later. Check the booking site for details.
