The Home
At 2,000 sq ft across two floors, this townhome comfortably sleeps large families and multi-generational groups. The main level flows from a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances into a generous living room with a large flat screen TV, dining area, and breakfast bar seating. Step outside to your private covered lanai where a screened splash pool, patio furniture, and BBQ grill are waiting. The privacy-filtered pool screen and open green space behind the home mean you're relaxing in seclusion — not on display to neighboring rentals.
Traveling with little ones? A Pack & Play and high chair are already in the house.

Bringing Your Dog?
Dogs are welcome — up to two per reservation. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 + tax per dog applies and is collected directly with the host after booking. All guests must sign and agree to our Pet Policy prior to arrival. Please note: cats and other animals are not permitted.
Good to Know
This is a self-catering home. We provide a starter kit (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags) — guests should plan to grab dish soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods on arrival. Free WiFi, linens, and towels are all included.
Pool heat is available for $25/day with a 3-day minimum — message us before your stay to arrange it.
