HUGE CONDO for 1 person or 1 couple. NO SMOKERS. NO ANIMALS ( Because of our allergies) PRIVATE GARAGE for 1 car! WiFi Min 30 day stay. Max 2 people. VERY SAFE AREA! Complete Privacy! Quick drive to hospitals, groceries, restaurants and bars. WELCOME TRAVEL NURSES, CORPORATE TEMP EMPLOYEES, RETIREES, those waiting for a home to be built, or long-term guests who want a beautifully furnished place with all utilities and fees paid for them. Owners and cleaners are EXTREMELY allergic to animal hair and dander so please be considerate of our allergies. No smoking, no vaping, no drugs.
You must send us a copy of your official ID and photo by email within 48 hours after booking. You must agree to read and sign our House Rules and agree to all of the condo rules present and future. You must agree to send us the security deposit. We will send you the House Rules and condo rules and you have 48-72 hours to sign them and send them back to us by email. We will return your security deposit after your departure and we and the cleaners have inspected the condo for any damages or theft.
VERY SAFE AREA. Outside cameras will soon be installed for more safety. We have had many retired couples come to stay to visit family. Please let us know your situation and we will try to work with you. For those who are not on the reservation, spouses, children, and grandchildren are always allowed to stay for short times but you must get our specific permission for each time.

****HUGE BATHROOM WITH SHOWER - N) TUB.. Large mirror above the nice long counter to put all your things on. Hand-held shower head. 100% cotton towels, hairdryer, bath mats, robe hooks, towel hooks, and a full-length mirror on the back of the bathroom door. Big cabinets in bathroom.
****OPEN CONCEPT KITCHEN/LIVING ROOM with -
Queen custom-made sleeper sofa and matching loveseat in the living room. Sturdy wood desk and swivel chair. FAST WiFi, BRAND NEW 55" SMART TV in the living room. Glass end tables, and glass coffee table. Table lamps and tall lamps.

ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. For a long-term renter for a year or more., we may allow you to pay some utilities for a lower rate. Small patio out front with a small table & 2 chairs in warmer months.

My brother's family and my family own this condo. We were raised in this area and we love this area with all our hearts. We have friends from all over the world. Our families are very interested in natural foods & natural healing remedies. My brother's family owns a nutrition center. We are very patriotic and try to live by the Golden Rule. We will befriend you no matter what team you root for.
Here are SOME of our "HOUSE RULES:
Maximum: 2 guests
ABSOLUTELY NO EXTRA GUESTS WHO ARE NOT ON THE RESERVATION WITHOUT OUR SPECIFIC PERMISSION FOR EACH GUEST EACH TIME.
No outside shoes or boots in the condo which keeps it clean for all guests.
NO NOISY PARTIES, LOUD TV OR MUSIC. This is NOT a party house. We have VERY PROTECTIVE neighbors who watch our property vigilantly. Some of our neighbors have been here for a very long time so please be respectful of them.
NO PETS! NO DRUGS!
NO smoking/NO Vaping/No smoking pot in the condo or in front of the condo or on the condo premises.
No small babies or toddlers - we are not baby-proofed.
No food/drinks in the bedroom! Keep all wet towels in the bathroom, not on furniture.
Private unattached garage holds 1 car If you need to bring an extra car, ask first.
When you come we give you the code for the reprogrammable digital lock, & the password for the WiFi & garage code.
Please treat our condo as you would your own home & leave the condo as when you arrived.

My brother and I bought this condo because my BROTHER LIVES ONE MINUTE AWAY. One sister lives a mile away. Another brother lives in Allouez, a few miles away. Two other brothers live in WI.
We have lots of relatives in the area and in Wisconsin. This is an older condo (read BIGGER) in a very SAFE area. Most of all - this area is our HOME.

1. The most unique thing about our condo is that it is ONLY A 7-10 MINUTE WALK to Lambeau Field and just a few minutes more to the Resch Center & Arena and the training field!!!! SHORT DRIVE TO ALL MAJOR HOSPITALS: Bellin, St Vincent, VA, St. Mary's, Aurora, Unity Hospice. Previa locations. Welcome doctors, nurses, medical professionals, corporate employees, retirees, and those waiting for your home to be built.
2. PRIVACY - YOU HAVE THE CONDO ALL TO YOURSELVES after we let you in. Cook your own meals, sleep late, watch 55" smart TV, connect w Wifi, 40" smart tv in bedroom.
3. FREE PARKING in your own PRIVATE 1 car GARAGE or park in front of condo. Must park in specific areas in front when it snows
4. VERY SAFE! Very vigilant neighbors and condo board help watch the property. Outside cameras soon.
5. KEYLESS LOCK. No keys to lose or worry about
6. CLOSE DRIVE to:
-restaurants & bars on Oneida
-Cabela's -quality outdoor clothes.
