The host was there when we arrived and was very nice! The apartment was clean and ready for our arrival. The patio was absolutely beautiful but given the weather we were unable to use it. The host was also very responsive to questions I had and gave great recommendations for parking. We look forward to coming back and staying there!

The host was very responsive. The location was excellent. The amenities - particularly the bathroom stood out. The heated towel rack and heated floors, along the rain shower were much appreciated.

Apartment was in good condition but the building was not in good shape at all. The stairs were slanted and did not seem clean. Also the apartment was above a bar and on the Saturday night they used the second floor of the bar and it felt like we were in the same room it was so loud. Would not recommend if you are staying with young kids or looking for a guaranteed good night sleep.

A Great Find!

Family of 5 adults. Mom with adult son and daughter and their spouses. Apartment was roomy with great outdoor space (very hard to find in NYC!), clean and beds were comfy. We loved the location, so convenient to shops,transportation, and so walkable! This is one of my top VRBO finds. We will most definitely return.

Great location with proximity to the subway and walking distance from the Empire State building. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed for a week long getaway. Once we received the instructions from the host, it was easy to locate. A huge plus for us was the fact that it was just around the corner from the Whole Foods Market. There were also several great Pizza and Bagel places near by. When we went, it was a bit cold and rainy so we did not use the outdoor space. I would highly recommend this rental.

Cute little apartment.

Visited NYC for my daughter’s 16th birthday. The apartment fit our little group of 4 perfectly. Super close to subway access and Whole Foods. Communication with owners and info on check in and out was clear and good.

Cleanliness was poor. A lot of exposed wires on the terrace. We couldn’t even turn the light on. Door chain broken. Thin blankets and no extra pillows available. You can tell they haven’t invested in making the toiletries nice or providing anything but bare minimum. Overall location was fine but this is definitely more of a college age stay. We were in our 30s and were unimpressed with the comfort and cleanliness. So many scuffs on the walls, hair on the toilet, certain pipes look to be rusting. However, great communication and location. If you just need a spot to lay your head, it’s a nice size and a good deal.

Great Place Close to Empire State Building

The place itself was easy to access, clean, and spacious for our group of 5. Karina was fast to communicate and address our needs and questions. The only reason we gave four stars and not five is because the actual location of the apartment is not near the Tribeca area as advertised, and is much closer to Midtown. However, it is in a nice area and is conveniently next to the subway and near easily accessible parking garages.

The apartment was adorable, exactly what is listed. It is above a bar but you couldn't even tell. Never heard anything. Loved the area! The stairs to the apartment might not be suitable for elderly or physically disabled. They were step.

Great value excellent rental

The location was very convenient to our party of 4 in the city for holiday events. It was within walking distance of the train station and the nearest subway station was across the street from our unit. The unit itself was very roomy, immaculate, serenely decorated, bright, with all amenities you could want to feel at home. A huge bonus was the .space that we used for fresh air and chill space. Highly recommend. Compared to a $$$$ price hotel room it is an amazing value. We hope to stay again. It was a memorable stay and the rental was a big part of this,

This location is very convenient, and the outside space is huge! I wish we had a chance to bbq. The entry stairwell is narrow and not fancy - but the actual unit is quite nice. I wouldn't want to have to cook much here - the kitchen is definitely small. But if you want a convenient place in midtown with outside space, i would definitely rent this again.We DID have some confusion in the booking - which seems to be a result of a private booking system that the property owners use that connects to VRBO. We got emails, texts and credit card bills from various corporations, leading me to think they were scams! They weren't scams, and the actual personnel was responsive and helpful once I knew to trust them. We DID get sent two different physical addresses, adding to the confusion. But this is just all advice for the property management to clarify things - it worked out in the end, and the management team was super proactive and responsive in resolving these little things, and actually let us check in SUPER early, which was a life-saver since we were getting ready for a wedding and needed to get dressed way before normal check in time.

Great Location, Pictures are a little Misleading

First the positive: The location of this apartment is great, right next to the 6 train. The beds are comfortable. The communication with the manager was swift, though originally I had thought the apartment was in Tribeca due to the map on the listing. We were also able to check in early and store our bags in the apartment because our flight was later in the afternoon. Now the negative: The condition of the building is another story. When you walk in, the stairs and hallway leading up to the apartment are in an awful rundown condition. Also, the apartment is right above a bar/restaurant and is only one floor above the street. There are three bedrooms, the two in back are quiet, but the one in front was very loud (especially on Friday and Saturday nights). It's also not as clean as I would've liked. It's also quite cramped. The vacuum cleaner is just hidden behind curtains, the cleaning supplies for the bathroom are just under the sink, not contained in any way.

Pro: Team was quick to answer questions, share recommendations, and made the check in/out process very easy. Subway station is steps away. Private outdoor space was wonderful to have. Located in a fun neighborhood. (However, it was not the Tribeca neighborhood as I understand at booking. It’s near the Empire State Building.) Washer/dryer in unit worked great. Price for a space with 3bd and kitchen was affordable.Con: The apartment felt tired and unkept. Space was very grimy. The carpets had spots everywhere and one had packing tape holding it down, wood floors had a weird film that got on your feet, white couch was spotty and gray patched, full length mirrors had oily, one remote for 3 TVs, only provision supplied was TP. Dishwasher soap, laundry soap, shower soap, kitchen sponge, hand soap I needed to purchase. There was a hand soap dispenser but it was empty. There was a kitchen sponge but was used and dirty. The kitchen cabinets were absolutely filled with oddities (one had rat traps) so no room to store groceries.I did not voice these comments with the host during my stay to avoid potential debates or coordinating cleaners returning during our stay. This therefore did not give the host a chance to potentially fix. There is a bar below but couldn’t really be heard most of the time. However, there’s a second story to the bar and it used one night for a trivia night with an amplifier and was like they were in the apartment it was so loud.

La zona era aceptable, los el resto de inquilinos mal educados y ruidosos. Aunque por lo visto quien tenia el medidor de decibelios era yo. La caldera estopeada durante mas de12h. Los enchufes del baño no funcionaban y tenias que buscar otro enchufe por la casa cuando querias secarte el pelo, con un secador que tampoco funcionaba. La terraza sucia, llena de bichos y dejaba mucho que deseas. No voy a recomendar este alojamiento
