We had a fantastic week-long stay in Manhattan! The location could not have been better—getting around Manhattan and exploring the surrounding areas was convenient and fast. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Traveling as a family of six, the private terrace was an absolute highlight, giving everyone some much-appreciated extra space to relax outside after long days in the city.Our host was outstanding—proactive, welcoming, and quick to respond to every question. We couldn't have asked for a better home base for our New York trip and would definitely recommend staying here!

12 / 10 stars for location and the back patio space. The staircase in the building was concerningly run down. The apartment itself was solid - classic, optimized NYC space that gave us what we needed.

This apartment was perfect for our girls trip! The terrace is amazing. Spacious place and very clean. As everyone else mentioned, location was great! The hostess was very responsive; we were well taken care of. Thank you!

Location of this property was outstanding for my family’s stay. Having a 3 bdrm at that price in that area was perfect for our needs. The living room is, however, a bit small for 4 adults. We did not find the outside space useful despite the unusually warm days we visited.

The place was very clean. Great amenities. Great location. The reason I gave it a 3 is we did not have internet for 2 if our 4 days. I would contact Kristine and she kept telling me it would get fixed each day. Then I didn’t hear from her for a day. It finally got fixed after 2 days of asking to get fixed.

This was an excellent apartment for our girls' trip to NYC. Having 3 bedrooms was a hard-to-find bonus and the location was convenient to transportation and the places we wanted to go. Communication with the management company was prompt, clear and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to return to this rental!

The host was there when we arrived and was very nice! The apartment was clean and ready for our arrival. The patio was absolutely beautiful but given the weather we were unable to use it. The host was also very responsive to questions I had and gave great recommendations for parking. We look forward to coming back and staying there!

The host was very responsive. The location was excellent. The amenities - particularly the bathroom stood out. The heated towel rack and heated floors, along the rain shower were much appreciated.

Really great value with three bedrooms! So nice that it is literally next door to the 6 train station. Really close walk to good bodegas and fun restaurants. Not a super fancy property but it was clean and pretty spacious. We didn’t hear any noise from the bar downstairs at all. Street noise in the front bedroom but we just slept with white noise on and it was fine. Would absolutely stay here again. Thanks!

Apartment was in good condition but the building was not in good shape at all. The stairs were slanted and did not seem clean. Also the apartment was above a bar and on the Saturday night they used the second floor of the bar and it felt like we were in the same room it was so loud. Would not recommend if you are staying with young kids or looking for a guaranteed good night sleep.

Cute little apartment.

Visited NYC for my daughter’s 16th birthday. The apartment fit our little group of 4 perfectly. Super close to subway access and Whole Foods. Communication with owners and info on check in and out was clear and good.

A Great Find!

Family of 5 adults. Mom with adult son and daughter and their spouses. Apartment was roomy with great outdoor space (very hard to find in NYC!), clean and beds were comfy. We loved the location, so convenient to shops,transportation, and so walkable! This is one of my top VRBO finds. We will most definitely return.

Great location with proximity to the subway and walking distance from the Empire State building. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed for a week long getaway. Once we received the instructions from the host, it was easy to locate. A huge plus for us was the fact that it was just around the corner from the Whole Foods Market. There were also several great Pizza and Bagel places near by. When we went, it was a bit cold and rainy so we did not use the outdoor space. I would highly recommend this rental.

Great Place Close to Empire State Building

The place itself was easy to access, clean, and spacious for our group of 5. Karina was fast to communicate and address our needs and questions. The only reason we gave four stars and not five is because the actual location of the apartment is not near the Tribeca area as advertised, and is much closer to Midtown. However, it is in a nice area and is conveniently next to the subway and near easily accessible parking garages.
