It is one of the best place to experience the natural beauty of Gods own country, Kerala.Cherai Beach Villa was completed in mid – 2012 with a traditional Kerala Style exterior, and encompasses 600 sqm land and a half of garden area with beach front. Main building is approx. 35 sqm with a minimalist architecture concept, where a very nice air-conditioned living room, bed room and dining space are arranged in the main room. Attached to that is a modern kitchen with all facilities. Main room is also attached with a nice wash area and a modern bathroom. Living room has Television with local and all major International entertainment channels. In front of the main building, there is very spacious open veranda (balcony) where guest can enjoy the nice breeze of the Arabian Sea. A beautiful tiled courtyard portion can accommodate parking of 3-4 cars.
