This magnificent rustic chalet in a very peaceful location in the Laurentians has a private SPA (open 12 months a year) as well as an indoor and outdoor fireplace.

Ideal place to come and experience the Domaine des Pins. An area that deserves to be visited at least once in your life. Kids will love the place and will definitely want to return.

En été, le Domaine des Pins offre également un service exceptionnel à ses clients : chaque chalet est équipé de deux kayaks et d`un pédalo, qui peuvent être utilisés gratuitement. Le domaine propose également une expérience gastronomique exceptionnelle avec l`ouverture récente du Café des Pins. BARBECUE :
- We only provide propane between the months of May to October.
- We do not give any guarantee on the operation, nor on the cleanliness, nor on the technical support for the BBQ from November to April (there is no maintenance carried out during this period).

WATER EMBARCATIONS (in season) :
No guarantee of operation or safety is offered on the boats. Their use is at your own risk. Replacement parts can sometimes be difficult to obtain. Although we regularly visually inspect the condition of the boats, it is not possible for us to test them by putting them in the water between each rental.

We provide one bath towel per person. Extra towels and spa or beach towels are not provided.
1. Satisfaction policy:
Any problem or dissatisfaction during the stay must be declared to the host before your departure so that we can correct the situation or offer compensation if this is justified. No compensation will be offered if you express a complaint after leaving the premises.

2. Please respect the maximum limit of 4 people. Any additional person not declared prior to arrival will be charged a fee of $250 +tx per night. If more people need to be added and you let us know before your arrival, we will only charge $35 +tx per person per night after 3 people. We will be grateful for your honesty.

3. At all times, please respect the premises and the furniture. Any breakage of furniture or loss of decorative objects will be charged to you.

4. You can move the furniture during your stay, but please put it back in its original place when you leave. You will be charged an additional $50 +tx if we need to return the furniture to its place after your departure.

5. No smoking of all substances in the chalet or on the balcony with the windows or the door open. Go into the parking lot and dispose of cigarette ends in the appropriate ashtrays. You will be charged $250 +tx if there is a smell of cigarettes, pot or other illegal substance inside the chalet.

6. Making noise that may disturb the peace of the neighborhood, especially after 9 pm, is strictly prohibited; you risk eviction and a fine of $500 for any violations.

7. Exterior fires are permitted in the area provided for this purpose. You must extinguish any fire left unattended.

8. It is strictly forbidden to make fireworks.

9. If the spa water must be changed after your visit (other than regular maintenance), a fee of $250 +tx will be charged.

10- Please note that a fee of $50 +tx will be applied if you leave dirty dishes in the sink or on the counter.

11-Please respect the departure time. A fee of $50 +tx will be charged for every 30 minutes after departure time, unless there is a written agreement.

12- For forgotten personal belongings, we charge $25 +tx of management fees in addition to shipping costs in order to send you your goods.

13- We only accept hypoallergenic and non-shedding dogs. Only 1 dog per stay. Additional fee of $75 +tx for the duration of the stay. Maximum weight of 20 pounds.

14- If your pet has been accepted during the stay, please dispose of any excess hair or feces from your dog on the property. Otherwise, we will have to charge you an additional fee of $30 +tx. Please also keep your pet on a leash at all times outside. If you leave your animal alone inside, it must be kept in a cage.

15-It is not authorized to bring and launch personal boats except for the boats provided by the cottage.

16- For a reservation of 1 night, the maximum authorized is 4 people.

17- If you intentionally sabotage and disconnect the Internet, cameras and noise detection devices, we will cancel your reservation without refund and expel you immediately. A fee of $500 will be charged.

18- Please note that it is possible to see the presence of small rodents or insects on the ground or sometimes even inside the chalets. Rest assured that we use exterminators for this. We are the intruders in their natural habitat. Please keep the doors of the cottage and your car closed at all times to prevent rodents or insects from getting inside.

19. Speakers are strictly prohibited, except for pocket-sized ones.

20. We do not have control over when snow removal occurs in winter or when individuals responsible for lawn mowing pass by in summer. They may come at any time.

21. Please avoid leaving food on the countertop or outside the fridge, as it may attract insects, pests, and rodents. No compensation will be provided for any resulting issues.
