Our structure features a set of tastefully designed apartments, grouped under four main typologies. We offer spacious studio apartments, one-bedroom apartments, one-bedroom-plus and two-bedroom apartments. Each unit offers the same amenities and commodity for the guest, while the colour palette changes for each one. Our guest selects the apartment typology that they desire, and we allocate them according to the best availability of our calendar.

We have taken steps to promote sustainability and environmental by reducing food waste and plastic waste by eliminating single-use items single-use items like pepper, salt, sugar, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and others.

The apartment's location provides the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, allowing you to relax and recharge while fully enjoying the sumptuous sea. The neighborhood boasts a diverse range of amenities, making it convenient for residents. From bakeries to Albanian cuisine restaurants, seafood restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores, there is a variety of options for dining and daily necessities. Additionally, the bus stop just at the bottom of the building is a practical convenience, making it easier for residents to commute and explore the surrounding areas.
