Visit central Florida and stay at this stylish colonial cottage. Perfect for families & groups of 6! This peaceful bungalow is close to the best of Lakeland, including restaurants and shops located nearby. Less than 2miles from Bonnet Springs & Downtown Lakeland! Pets welcome, we love your fury friends! (There is a pet fee)

Lakeland is known as the "Swan City” these swans are a beloved by the community. They’re mins away from this cottage, making it a popular destination for birdwatching & outdoor lovers!

Fully equipped Kitchen, 2 queen bedrooms, 1 full bedroom, 2 full bathrooms one with a tub, 2 living rooms, and a dining table that seats 6.
Enjoy added security with outside cameras and keyless entry with a smart lock. Fast fiberoptic WIFI, ideal for WFH individuals.

Please park on driveway and if needed left side of house outside the white picket fence on grass. DO NOT park on the road in front of the house as it’s a narrow road.

This property is the best place to book when visiting the Lakeland area. The rooms are clean & the furniture/decorations makes the cottage feel cozy & inviting. The patio area is so relaxing. The coffee & tea station is a nice addition to the patio area. There are plenty of board games & books for everyone. The communication with the host was excellent. I highly recommend this cottage.

This was an absolutely adorable little what I would call bungalow. Very clean and very inviting. Three bedrooms, one full bath off the main bedroom and then a separate full bath perfect for 3 to 4 people. They’re a little area that they had were the coffee was the little sitting room and dining table. Oh my gosh so cute. The windows in there were amazing. I would totally stay there again!

Such a beautiful home with a lot of special touches. Absolutely clean. We felt very comfortable. We walked around the lake nearby each day. Excercise and nature at its best. The host was very responsive. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great stay!

I stayed for 1 night with my family and our beagle while visiting family in Lakeland. The home was very clean, well stocked, and nicely decorated. Loved the sun room and our dog enjoyed the fenced-in backyard. Conveniently located just 5 minutes from the downtown area.

The house was clean and comfortable. The host was very easy to communicate with. There were games that she left there that we played. We had so much fun. We are planning on making another trip in a few months and hopefully will get to stay in this house if available. It was the right size for our use. It was very cozy. It was very relaxing. The patio was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend this house.

The Lake Hunter Cozy Cottage was one of the cleanst stays ever. The beds were comfy and the converted garage a great coffee spot. Had everything we needed for a great price. Owner was easy to contact. Grocery and a few shops within a mile. The historic district was close too.

Check in was easy, no struggle even for me. Was able to cook and store food. Our experience was fantastic a clean , comfortable and cozy family home. I want the brand of mattresses and of a couple of the rugs, they were so soft and great colors. As was the home in general, everything was clean and usable. We had two family members come for a visit. it really was perfect. We will rent this unit many more times in the future, just by luck its close to our family members as well. And yes we drove to Orlando to visit universal.
We all had a great time together
