Welcome to Lakeshore Glenn, your vacation home away from home, conveniently located off SML Pkwy near the State Park, Marinas, Golfing, and Restaurants. Whitehouse Store is close by for a grocery quick stop. A 5 minute walk from the townhouse brings you to the swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts and the clubhouse. Or, wander down to the lakeside docks or beach area to enjoy the sun and fun. (Water floats available on site.)
This tastefully decorated Townhouse features 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths and has a bonus room. Views of the lake abound with an upper balcony perfect for morning coffee as the rising sun casts diamonds on the lake waves for your delight. A walkout lower deck is just waiting for you and your fishing rod, only steps from the water. (Rods and tackle available onsite.) Completing the outdoor amenities is a large patio out front equipped for al fresco dining, or just reading your favorite book from the extensive library onsite.
Amazing sunrise and sunset reflections across the sparkling water are yours to enjoy from the Main Suite. This large entry level bedroom provides extra comfort with a King Sleep Number bed including vibrating massage as well as adjustable base. Nite stands provide convenient USB ports for charging your electronics. The impressive ensuite bath includes a huge walk in shower, soaker tub, and massive vanity with double sinks. The entry level also includes a second queen bedroom and bath with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and bar counter, as well as dining and living spaces all facing on the beautiful lake view.
Downstairs is where the party starts in the huge family room with large screen TV, a full bar, and second kitchen. Relaxation on the lower level also includes the huge library, and family game center. A 3rd queen bedroom with lake views is attached to a 2 room bath with jacuzzi tub, 2 separate vanity sinks, and shower. The forth bonus room on the lower level provides extra space for guests who will enjoy a fun Safari theme.
Lakeshore Glenn is your perfect vacation for a great get away with family and friends any time of the year. This all season destination is a quiet retreat in the Fall and Winter months when you can cozy up to either of the gas fireplaces on each level after a fun shopping trip to retail boutiques or local antique stores. There are also fun festivals to attend all year round at Smith Mountain Lake. Of course, your water sports and local hiking and historic sites add to the excitement of Spring and Summer visits.
Lakeshore Glenn is a 2 story 3,000 sq ft townhouse just waiting for your adventures to Smith Mountain Lake at the edge of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Serenity or excitement are yours to enjoy in this friendly community of The Waterways.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
