The apartment is set up for self-check in through a combination lock or a lockbox. The instructions to access the property will be sent to you by email and / or text message in the days before your arrival

Note that this is a self-serve apartment, not a hotel. There are other apartments in the building with permanent residents. Please be mindful and respectful of their space.

For all your questions or concerns, there is always someone available to respond quickly to all emails or messages during our office hours from 8am to 8pm local time (for more urgent matters, we are also easily reachable by phone).

Quiet family neighbourhood, neighbours can be grumpy at times but they don't bite - be mindful of the noise levels to win their hearts.

The property does not feature a private parking. But this has yet to be a problem, as there is plenty of free street parking available (make sure to check your arrival information to better understand the signages to avoid fines).

We use our own secured systems to verify ID, send guest guide and for some communication.

Your reservation will result in you receiving a link for ID verification (Valid ID, agreement to rental contract, and security deposit that could go up to 250$). This needs to be done prior to receiving your guest guide and access codes to the property. The latter will be sent to you through another link a few days prior to your arrival.
Terms and conditions

We apologize for the extensiveness of our house rules but they are the result of past unfortunate experiences that we wish to avoid at all costs.

The base price offered is for 2 persons. There is an extra fee for every additional person.

The maximum occupancy of the unit must be followed at all times.

If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially, without notice to the landlord, a fee of $ 70 per person/ per day will apply automatically. To avoid check-in problems and surcharges, please make sure to book for the right number of travelers because the number of people will be checked during your stay.

Breakage and damage must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible.

Booking everything was smooth and straightforward. There was an issue with the original place we were supposed to stay at, but the host assisted us right away by relocating us to a new location. The new place was great; however, the sudden change required us to shift several of our plans. The place itself was nice, though it was missing a few advertised items, such as coffee pods. Overall, it was a pleasant stay—we just wish the initial situation hadn’t occurred, as it raised safety and privacy concerns for both parties involved.
