We have a great townhouse, conveniently located to everything San Antonio has to offer. The townhouse has 1454 square feet of living area. Downstairs features, a living and dining, 1/2 bath, kitchen with great and updated appliances, and a two-car garage with plenty of living space. Upstairs features, 1 master bedroom with queen size bed and full master bath, walk in closet and lots of storage, a 2nd bedroom, with walk in closet and queen size bed, a full bath, and the 3rd bedroom that has 2 twin beds, and a very nice laundry room with state of the art washer and dryer!

Overall great stay, well furnished and very accommodating.

Stayed during spring break with 2 adults and children, one under 1. Home was clean and as described. Quiet centrally located neighborhood, would stay again.

Comfortable stay and responsive owner

We had two families with a total of 3 young children stay at this property. It was very comfortable and fit us perfectly. The bedrooms were well furnished and the living room was big enough for the kids to play in. The owner even provided some toys which the kids really enjoyed! The owner was always very responsive whenever we had questions as well. The area was nice and lots of amenities close by like grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Absolute Gem.

Place was adorable! My wife and family really enjoyed the place. The host was amazing. She answers any questions you may have in a timely manner. Place was clean. Playground not far from the home. If you have young children this is great. We would definitely stay here again when in San Antonio.

Wonderful Place!!

I highly recommend staying at this property. It was very nice and very clean. Communication with the owner was fast and easy. Having a garage was a huge bonus! We will definitely stay again our next time in San Antonio.

Great place to stay

Check in and out was super easy only thing. One of the children's car rolled under the couch, we moved it out and there was trash and food under it. Other than that everything was great!!

San Antonio wedding trip

Very nice condo at a very reasonable price. Lots of room, space was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was available. Host/owner was very helpful when we had trouble finding the right condo after dark! Would definitely stay here again.

Great host

We had a great experience staying here. The home was clean and accurately described in the listing. Our was host was very responsive during the booking and check-in process. We had a minor issue with the AC control and that was resolved quickly. I can easily recommend staying here.

Really enjoyed our stay!

Very quiet location and close enough to all activities around town- no more than 30 minutes in all directions. Enjoyed the condo and everything worked fine. Great master bathroom. Would stay here again if in the area.

Very nice quiet neighborhood

Townhouse is located conveniently to ask attractions. Can be anywhere in 15 minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we come back to San Antonio.

Very nice townhouse and owner

This townhouse is immaculate and conveniently located in the Thousand Oaks area. It comes equipped with everything you will need for your stay. The only thing I ended up buying was bar soap, but that’s a personal preference. All of the bedrooms are upstairs and the beds were very comfortable. The laundry room is also upstairs and came in handy since our stay was a little lengthy. The owner, Suzanne, was very nice and accommodating throughout our stay. The townhouse has a garage for parking and that is nice since we had some rain during our stay. I will definitely be a return visitor to this property. Also, the price for renting is very fair. Thank you Suzanne!!

Great location; everything you need

We came to town for a wedding: my three young adult children, my husband and myself. The airport is 10-15 minutes drive but I didn't hear a plane so no noise issues. Playground is right there so great for kids. Thank you so much!!

Beautiful and Spacious Home, Fantastic Host!

Our family had the joy of spending 2 weeks and 2 days in this lovely, clean, and well-stocked vacation home while waiting to close on our new house (we moved here from NJ). Suzanne was absolutely wonderful, working with us to extend our stay twice as our closing dates kept moving around. Knowing we had our kids with us, she left us a couple of children's tickets to the aquarium, which were very much appreciated! The house itself is very well maintained and has good bones. The A/C worked amazingly well, keeping us all very comfy in the August heat. We really enjoyed being so close to the playground too! Had it to ourselves every time we went out there. This is a very nice and peaceful community and we enjoyed talking to some of the neighbors--great people! Staying here was an all-around wonderful experience. Thank you Suzanne for making the stressful process of moving across the country that much more peaceful and happy for our family! God bless you! P.S. The bed in the master bedroom was truly the MOST comfortable bed I have ever slept on in my life. I took a photo of the mattress label so that one day we might be able to get one of our own! :) The first time in a long time I didn't wake up feeling sore and achy!

Perfect for us!

Being from a small town, we like to visit big cities without feeling like we’re in the big city. This townhouse was PERFECT for us & our 3 kiddos (ages 5, 8, & 10)! The playground right outside the front door was a great place to unwind after our trip. The owner was very friendly & even left a bottle of wine & some bottled waters chilling in the fridge for us. The beds were so comfy & the house was quiet. Loved the garage to keep our truck safe, too. Met the neighbors on either side of us & they were all very nice. All the attractions were only a short drive away & there were lots of restaurants within a couple of miles of the house. Will DEFINITELY stay here again when we visit San Antonio & would highly recommend it to anyone headed that way for any reason!

Property was very clean and centrally located to downtown area.

Owner was very responsive to any questions I had prior to our visit. The townhome was just as described and very clean. It was a relatively short ride to downtown where we spent most of our visit.

clean, roomy, and comfortable!

We had 8 family members spend two nights here. Two had to sleep on the couches in the living room, but they were quite comfortable. There were lots of extra towels, blankets, and linens. The high chair, pac-n-play, and box of toys were perfect for our little grandchild. We also appreciated the welcome bottle of wine, coffee, and cupboard full of spices. Suzanne, the owner, was very helpful and easy to contact for questions. I highly recommend their town home.

We originally purchased this property 2 years ago as a corporate rental for my husband's visiting clients and as a comfortable place for my inlaws to stay when they come to visit. We decided to list it on VRBO, as it is under utilized for those purposes. After traveling with our teenager and toddler, we have seen the beauty of renting on VRBO, and think it is the only way to go, especially if you need the extra space for a toddler to run around. There is also a great playground almost right out the front door of the townhouse!

This property has such a great location and convenience to really everything San Antonio has to offer. Not to mention, you are maybe 45 minutes to the Hill Country (Fredricksburg, San Marcos, Wimberley), and maybe 2 hours from Corpus Christi and the beach!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We chose this property essentially because of it's great and convenient location. There is a donut shop not too far down the road from it and my in laws practically live there every morning! I can't say enough about the convenience... it really is a great location.
