Hilltop Haven is a two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, middle floor unit accessible with seven steps down from the parking area walkway. Its large covered balcony has a great view of the Great North Mountain ridge line.. This condo's recent renovation features modern amenities and crisp, clean, welcoming decor. Come live the good life in the mountains!

An open kitchen features a two-seater peninsula bar and a dining table that seats four. Cook meals or warm up snacks in the full-size range/oven and microwave. Dish washing, however, is done the old fashioned way. The adjacent open living room has a large wood-burning fireplace, a comfy couch and two modern recliners, a large TV with Roku streaming access, a wine fridge, and a wonderful view of the mountains. The main bedroom includes a queen bed and an en-suite full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and easy access to the hallway half bathroom. Comfortably accommodates four.

The kitchen includes basic cookware, tableware, appliances, and a basket-style drip coffee maker (filters provided, but please bring your favorite grind). We supply bedding (pillows, bedspreads, blankets), fresh bed linens, one towel set per max occupants, one travel-size bar soap per max occupants, two rolls toilet paper per bathroom, three kitchen trash bags, one bath trash bag, one paper towel roll, two kitchen dish towels, one travel-size dish soap, and one scrubby pad, Guests staying several nights may need to bring extra consumable supplies or purchase them at the Basye Community Store a short walk away.

Firewood is available for guests in stacks near the parking lot access walkway.

The condo has high-speed 400+mbps WiFi internet, which can handle all your remote work, streaming and gaming needs.

This is a Self-Check-In unit. You'll receive check-in instructions via email seven days prior to arrival (or immediately if booking within seven days) that include the property's address, driving directions, a unique Key Code, and other important information.

Guests have complementary access to the Bryce Mountain Escapes pool at our reception office (2565 Orkney Grade). The Bryce Resort pool (Bryce Landing) is reserved for Bryce Resort member use only. Quiet hours after 10:00 pm are strongly enforced by the local security and police.
