This 4 bed, 3.5 bath family friendly home with pool & rooftop deck nestled atop of a "colina" in the beautiful Fountain Hills area boasts a 360 degree breathtaking view of Red Mountain & Four Peaks mountains. The home features a large open kitchen, outdoor dining and BBQ. A mile away is the Avenue of the Fountains that offers shopping, dining and the world famous Fountain that goes off at the top of each hour. Forget your worries, soak in the sun and enjoy this spacious and serene space!

Pool may be heated at a cost of $55 per day.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The host was very good to work with and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

House was very nice. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working in half the house and it could not be replaced until after we left. I suggest upgrading the TP. You could see through it so thin, and have at least a couple of boxes of kleenex in master bath rooms.

Thank you for your review and feedback about the air conditioning and toilet paper/kleenex. One of the three air conditioners did have to be replaced and that process did take a few days. This is an amazing home with a fantastic back patio area, pool and view of Red Mountain. We look forward to doing our very best for our guests and hosting future 5-Star Stays!

Panoramic view of Red Mountain

This home has stunning panoramic views of the mountains surrounding Fountain Hills. Both the indoor & outdoor areas are spacious, comfortable and the pool deck and patio spaces connect well from the interior of the home. Neighborhood is quiet and there is plenty of privacy. Owners representative is very responsive to requests and we would definitely return and rent here again.

Great neighborhood and property

Spent a long weekend hiking on the area. Did Camelback Mountain and the McDowell Mountain Range. Property is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It has a fantastic pool and deck area. We didnt use it as it was in the 60s the whole time we were thete. We walked to a couple of restaurants and down to the fountain. Great communication from the owner.

Great views in Fountain Hills!

Due to it being a new rental property, there were issues that did come with our stay. However, Joel was very quick to address these issues and accommodate us! Thank you for the swiftness and for making us feel comfortable with asking for any assistance. The beds and couches are extremely comfortable and the house has a lot to offer. The views are remarkable, definitely loved the observation deck on the roof. Located in a fantastic area!
