Boyne City was voted one of the top Main Streets in America. It boasts great restaurants, shopping, and a farmer's market. It is also a short drive to Petoskey, Charlevoix, Boyne Mountain, and Avalanche Bay Waterpark.

The 4 bedroom home is perfect for families or groups traveling to Boyne City. On the main floor, the spacious living room and dining room allow for plenty of room for a group. Kick back on the front porch or around the fire pit and enjoy the quiet hustle of downtown Boyne City.

Boyne City Family Vacation

Loved it! The house was great. Very spacious, plenty of beds, recently redone kitchen that had everything we needed. And the location is fantastic! Short walk to the beach and to the downtown shops and restaurants. Ken was very responsive and helpful. We definitely would stay again.

Beautiful, clean and family friendly with The Most Wonderful Host

This is a wonderful vacation property, in a beautiful neighborhood with so many great things to see and do from the beach a short walk, to the many food and drink establishments, you will love your stay

Great Location

Ken was very responsive to questions and was a great host. The location is perfect for walking everywhere downtown. The property is bigger than what we expected and had plenty of room to spread out. We will stay here again and again.

Great place

Great house. Ideal location for walking to Boyne city shops and restaurants. Kids loved the hot tub. Only issue was the coffee maker.

Great place.

Great loction to walk around town. Plenty of room for 3 adult couples. Furnished beautifully. Plenty of towels, kitchen was well supplied with cooking accessories. Would definitely stay again. Would highly recommend.

Nice place

Good place to stay in town for a winter break to Boyne Mountain. Quick 10 minute drive to go ski. Easy walking distance to all the restaurants in town. Plenty of room for a family of 4 to spread out when needed and room to be together when we wanted.

Winter Wonderland

The place was great. Good location. Warm in the cold winter. Had to add water to the hot tub, but not an issue. Would stay again.

Just Lovely

Had a fantastic stay with family and friends (visiting from England) and in their words everything ‘was just lovely’! The house was very clean and super convenient to walk to the lake or town or just go for a nice walk. Boyne City is a beautiful little town.

Book this house!

This was the most well-equipped house and the location is unbeatable. A quick walk to the beach & splash pad, perfect for our 2 yr old. 5 min walk to Charlevoix Coffee and downtown Boyne, amazing for the whole family. Highly, highly recommend

Family vacation

The check-in process was unclear as the front door was unlock and had 1 antique key which had to be left in the door at night so we would be able to unlock the door in case of a fire. The owner or another man was staying in the basement during our stay- which made our family feel uneasy.

Close to everything

We very much loved the location of this vacation rental. It is within walking distance to restaurants, ice cream shops, marina, parks and many other shops. Lots of live music. The rental itself is clean and well stocked. Communication with Ken was easy.

Downtown Boyne City Rental

My husband and I spent five weeks in this house while renovations to our lake home were being completed. The house is fully set up to accommodate a longer stay and worked out perfectly for us. We enjoyed being able to walk about the town and around the lake. Ken, the owner, is great--flexible and responsive to the few issues that what had.

Great location, great variety of recreational equipment, quality cookware, great owner interaction!

Loved this beautiful restored home. Walking distance to shops, food, lake was a plus. The owner really provides everything you need - kayaks, other recreational equipment, toilet paper/paper towels to last the full week (this drives me crazy with some rentals), QUALITY cookware for preparing meals (frequent frustration with rentals). We accidentally locked ourselves out and the owner was there to get us back in quickly. Very friendly and helpful! Would definitely pick this location again.

Great location in downtown Boyne City

Ken's place is perfectly located in downtown Boyne City - close enough to walk to downtown restaurants and shops, and close enough to walk to the nearby public beach. Just a short drive to nearby grocery store. The home is very clean and spacious. We had 6 people for our week in Boyne City, 4 adults and 2 kids, and we had plenty of room to spread out. Two bedrooms with queen beds are upstairs and two bedrooms are downstairs on the main floor - one with a queen bed and the other with bunk beds. There is a full bathroom on each floor so we were able to have privacy in our own areas. I highly recommend this house for a stay up north and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Boyne city family vacation

Awesome location in a very walkable area with many great options to keep everyone busy and entertained daily. The listing indicated that this was an entire house. We were surprised to find another rental unit and tenant in the lower level of the home. Also listed a hot tub in the ad. There is a hot tub but let the host know before you arrive to make sure it’s ready to use if it’s important to your stay. The home is very comfortable and made for an awesome vacation for our family. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks. There are many cool extras available to use while you are there. I would return.

I own a local insurance agency and I reside next door so am able to help with any questions or issues that may arise. In my free time, I love doing anything active and especially love playing tennis and mountain biking.
