Guests have full access to the entire home, including 3 bedrooms, a private backyard pool, rooftop terrace, and on-site parking. You’ll also have access to the community pool and BBQ area, just a short walk away. Enjoy total privacy while still benefiting from shared amenities within the gated neighborhood.
House Rules:
• No Parties or Events – Guests are not allowed to host parties or events on the property.
• Guest Limit – Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Any additional visitors must be approved in advance.
• Noise Levels – Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10 PM, to respect neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment.
• Smoking Policy – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. A minimum fine of 5,000 pesos will be charged for any violation.
• Checkout Time – Checkout is at 11:00 AM. Guests must vacate the property by the designated checkout time. Failure to comply will result in a 1,000-peso fine per hour until the guest leaves.
• Consequences – Violating these rules may result in the immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.
• Communication – If you have any questions about acceptable use of the space, please contact me directly.

If you receive a fine from the privada administration during your stay - you will be responsible to pay.

Pet Policy:
We welcome well-behaved dogs, but unfortunately we do not allow cats due to allergy concerns and past property damage.
Pets are not allowed on the furniture, and must not roam freely on the property — please keep them leashed and take them off-site for bathroom needs.

Failure to comply with the rules will result in the cancellation of the reservation without refund.
