In a beautiful little place called Gata, situated at the foot of the mountain, just 5 kilometers from the sandy or pebbled beach and 27 kilometers from the city of Split we are offering you a house for 8 people with a private pool, outdoor grilling area, private parking, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 spacious dining areas and 2 large terraces overlooking the mountains. Our house is also located near the canion of the river Cetina where you can participate in outdoor activities such as hiking, biking and rafting or make a one day trip by car to National park Krka, National park Plitvice lakes, city of Dubrovnik, Trogir, Hvar... Separate yourself from noise and flurry of a big city and enjoy in stillness by the pool.

A very nice and big house with well equipped kitchen. Very clean and fresh Super balcony where we ate our meals and enjoyed the evenings. Very nice pool with sunbeds and parasolls. We loved the shop, just two minutes walk away. There we bought fresh bread for breakfast, and also fresh cut ham and cheese. The local people were very friendly. So was our host Ivana and her parents. The best host we could ask for.Omnik is a beautiful place 10 minutes drive away. Lovely little town with beautiful beaches.

Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus in schöner Lage

Schon der Empfang war außergewöhnlich! Man wird von den Gastgebern mit einem Essen (Käse, Schinken, Salami, Brot, Wasser, kühles Bier und Wein aus eigener Produktion) warm und herzlich empfangen, als wäre man schon zum wiederholten male zu Gast. Das Haus ist geräumig und sehr gepflegt. Alles ist in einem guten Zustand und ausgesprochen sauber. Der Pool wird jeden Tag gepflegt bevor man aufsteht und ohne irgendwie gestört zu werden. Der Ausblick und die Lage ist einfach ein Traum. Wenn man einen wirklich ruhigen entspannten Urlaub machen möchte ist man hier gut aufgehoben. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin ist unkompliziert und schnell. Man bekommt jeder Zeit Hilfe und nützliche Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten mal in diesem wunderschönen Haus! Vielen Dank! Even the reception was exceptional! You will be welcomed warmly and the hosts with a meal (cheese, ham, salami, bread, water, cold beer and wine from their own production), as if you were a guest again. The house is spacious and very well maintained. Everything is in good condition and extremely clean. The pool is maintained every day before you get up and without being disturbed in any way. The view and the location is just a dream. If you want to have a really quiet, relaxed holiday, you are in good hands here. Contact with the landlord is quick and easy. Help and useful tips for excursions and restaurants are available at any time. We were definitely not for the last time in this beautiful house! Thanks very much!

A perfect villa for a family holiday

This is a beautiful property in the small community of Gata close to the busy resort town of Omiš with a lovely beach and focus on the great outdoors. The river Cetina can be kayaked, rafted, canyoned or trekked! Ivana and her parents are excellent hosts. They live close by but are never instrusive. The house is well equipped with two balconies and the pool is wonderful. There is a small shop nearby but a car is needed to make the most of the area. Communication at the time of the booking, before we arrived and throughout our stay was excellent . Croatia is a beautiful country , Gata/Omiš is a great location and Villa Anic is perfect for a family holiday .

Lovely villa, great location.

This is a lovely villa and it feels like home from home, not your typical holiday rental. You are dealing with the family owners at all times, which is great. Ivana is always available for help and advice, but never intrusive. Her father is also really helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The villa was lovely and clean and all amenities are in the villa. Location wise, it is about a 10 minute drive from Omis centre along a very windy road. The villa is in a village called Gata and there is a small supermarket and a bar about 5 mins walk from the villa. There is nothing to fault about the villa at all.

Bon séjour à Gata

Nous avons séjourné une semaine chez Ivana où nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le fait d'avoir deux étages complètement indépendants est très pratique, surtout quand on voyage à 2 familles. La maison est bien entretenue, cependant l'étage du bas mériterait quelques rafraîchissements. Chaque étage comporte une belle et grande terrasse. Le jardin est agréable, tout comme la piscine (non chauffée). On trouve une supérette et un bureau de poste à 5 minutes à pied de la maison.

Spacious and spotless accommodation near Omis

Our family of 6 just spent a week at this property and can highly recommend it. It was the perfect spacious and clean base for us to explore the beautiful coastline around Split. Our host was wonderfully kind and helpful (thank you Goran and Anna!) accommodating our very late arrival at the house and had even arranged a light meal for us upon arrival knowing we would be hungry after our travels. The pool and outdoor BBQ area were delightful and we really appreciated it at the end of our day site seeing. Omis and the coastline are stunning and there is so much to do and see. A car is essential although there is a small convenience shop a short stroll away. Recommended!

Immaculate house, in spectacular location

A lovely warm welcome from the owners who met us on arrival. Ivana and her parents showed us around and were very helpful. The garden also has a large organic vegetable area, and the family encouraged us to help ourselves to as much as we wanted. An abundance of tomatoes, aubergine, Swiss chard and herbs etc, delicious! It was appreciated to find that the fridge had been filled with prepared cold meats, cheese, bread, milk, juice cake and cold wine! A lovely first lunch on the balcony in the sunshine! The house was spacious, immaculately clean and well equipped. Kids loved the pool which was safe and beautifully maintained every morning. The location was peaceful with spectacular views. A local, small but well stocked shop is less than a 5 minute walk away. Nothing much else in the village but Omis is a picturesque 10 minute drive away which is incredible. Omis is a fantastic busy town, packed with fabulous restaurants, shops and lovely beach, again with spectacular views! We had a super holiday in Croatia, a hire car is essential to see this magnificent coastline.
