Our guest house known it is a spacious 3,000 square foot home with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and home that sleeps 10.
Two bedrooms has their own private bathroom consisting of walk-in shower, flush and sink/vanity. The other 2 bedrooms have powder rooms consisting of a flush & sink/vanity. In addition there is a large 4 piece main bath with tub, a 4 x 5 foot walk-in shower, floating vanity , flush and towel storage inside the bathroom & the adjoining laundry room.
We have a fabulous kitchen with a 48" Viking stove set into a large 8 foot island with stools on the other side so friends and family can sit at the island and enjoy sharing time while dinner is being prepared on that amazing 6 burner and 2 ovens stove and someone is grilling summer treats on the outdoor BBQ!!
Our kitchen also has a complete full size fridge and a full size freezer for lots of food storage for large gatherings.
The dining table sits 16 and we a harvest table that sits 10 and addition round table with 6 chairs in the house we have set up for board games, cards, domino's etc. that can be used as additional seating for your family dinners.
The outside experience is wonderful enjoying the lovely gardens while BBQ-ing, dining or spending quality time with friends and family. Our garden furniture is clean, pretty and comfortable and there is an outdoor propane fire pit for you to enjoy under the twinkle of the night stars! And 1,300 square foot outdoor patio is one step away outside the from the kitchen garden doors, your all on one lever that is wonderful for family outdoor time!
Our driveway is paved and we have free parking for 4 vehicles. We have both a gradual few steps to the front door and to the side of the entrance we have a ramp to the front door that follows through to the outdoor patio as well for easy access.
We have a keyed entry for easy assess for everyone as well.
The home and kitchen are fully equipped for you to prepare meals just pick up your fresh food salt, peppers, sugars etc. await you are there for you to use.
The 8' long 4' wide glass top table top can also be used for buffets a gift table if you having a wedding shower, it hold lots of goodies for gatherings.
We also have a separate table that can be used for card games and fun tucked away from the main area for lots of fun chats and games.
One of the main design features of the home is various sitting areas, some for TV some for reading, playing cards and games and an overall spacious feeling to sit and enjoy the gardens while reading or catching up on a great conversation is a cozy corner.
Golf Courses, The Fredericton Capital Region is home to 8 distinct golf courses, ranging from scenic 9-hole family courses to premier 27-hole championship facilities.
Saturday morning in Fredericton are special. Founded in 1951, this is the region's largest and most famous Saturday market.
