Beautiful place with a gorgeous view off of the decks! Was amazing watching the ocean and the dolphins. Very convenient location to the golf course where my son was playing a tournament with his college. The golf cart was a nice feature to be able to explore the island.

Check in is very easy. Kitchen is small but fine for two people. We enjoyed eating out on the balcony while enjoying the view of the ocean.

Amazing host, beautiful home, clean, great king size bed, golf cart was a plus. Communication with host was perfection! Make sure you have food before you get on the island if you do not want to cross back over the bridge. Most eateries besides the deli require a resort membership.

Wonderful Stay

Tracie was amazing. She communicated well, had everything we could possibly need in a home. She limited so much stress of traveling on our end. We truly enjoyed her place. You will love it here.

Wonderful communication from the owner, the home was clean and well maintained. If you’re looking for a one bedroom/one bath condo style home on Fripp, this one is perfect! Having the neighborhood pool onsite was extremely awesome too bc you didn’t have to purchase additional amenity cards to enjoy a pool.

Wonderful stay!

This cottage was wonderful for our family of 4. It was very clean and the views of the ocean were gorgeous. The host, Tracie, was as kind and attentive. She was available for any questions and went above and beyond! We used the pool and it was quiet and clean. Just a short golf cart ride to the beach which was amazing! We will stay here again!

Seaside Cottage

What a beautiful, welcoming home! The host was so easy to work with, and had thought of everything to make our stay at the property fun and comfortable. The views of the ocean (upstairs and downstairs) are amazing! We have already booked our next stay at Seaside Cottage!

Vacation getaway

We had the best time on Fripp Island and Coastline Cottage was Amazing. Tracie is very responsive and so easy to work with. She reached out multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed to make our vacation amazing.! Coastline College has beautiful views and the cottage was super clean! An extra added bonus was the golf cart. We rode around on the golf cart every day, enjoying the scenery and wildlife! Don’t miss out on this gem of a vacation rental! My husband and I said it was the best location on the island!

Exceeded expectations

This property and host deserve more than five stars. The view of the ocean from both downstairs and upstairs porches was amazing. We saw dolphins immediately after arriving! Communication with Tracie was so easy and she was incredibly kind and helpful. My son and I will definitely be returning for another stay in this beautiful cottage.

Beautiful Seaside Cottage

Decorated SO cute, clean, provided coffee! Never had that before, and was much appreciated. Owner so helpful with things going on etc. Thinks of everything! Truly wants you to enjoy the space! Highly recommend! The only drawback is the pull out bed. It is comfortable! But does make the space tight, unless you open and close it up every morning. EVERYTHING else is perfection. Master bath and bedroom just beautiful!

Great place to vacation with fantastic ocean views and a screened in porch that was excellent for evening activities. The hosts have made sure that everything you could think of was available to the guests, including Q-tips in the bathroom and multiple coffee makers in the kitchen—a very well-appointed property. Unfortunately, the pool was not maintained while we were there (dirty). Not sure if this was because it was shut down for the season, but I was able to swim at other pools on the island that were open. Also, unfortunately, there was a major construction project going on in the building next to ours, and the noise was bothersome at times. I know that there is nothing that our hosts could do about that, but it would have been nice to know. My wife and I would definitely rent this property again in the future.

Excellent

The property is just as advertised, very clean and well maintained. Having a golf cart available as part of the rental was wonderful. What really made this an exceptional experience was the considerate and responsive host. So many thoughtful touches throughout the cottage: lots of fluffy towels, make-up mirror, extra pillows, well equipped kitchen, cable tv, and a welcome basket of snacks and wine. Tracie went the extra mile to answer any questions, and even sent maps of the best fishing spots. We highly recommend this rental.

Relaxing beach getaway

My husband and I recently stayed at Coastline Cottage for a quick getaway after Christmas. We had a very relaxing time in this charming 2- story cottage and loved the decor as well as all the thoughtful additions. It was very nice to have the use of the golf cart which allowed us to explore the island and have easy access to a lot and f different parts of the beach.We were greeted with a beautiful welcome basket and the owner had very good communication throughout the whole process. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.Don and Teresa Phillips

Relaxing

Loved this house! It was exactly as described in the listing. Tracie responded very quickly to any questions we had prior to arriving. She added special touches to make their home welcoming. I appreciated the detail she put into her information folder at the house. I would definitely book this house again.

Exceeded Expectations

First and foremost, Tracie (the owner) is extremely responsive and the home is immaculate. The Christmas tree and Welcome Basket were very nice touches. Both porches offer stunning views and are a great place to read or just relax. The home comes with everything needed for a week at the beach. For the record, my family has been renting homes on Fripp Island for over 50 years. I would consider Coastline Cottage to be one of the best.

Spring Break Weekend

This home was perfection from the moment we stepped in the door. The cottage was beautifully decorated and the cleanest that we have ever stayed in on Fripp. The golf cart included is a must have for Fripp and was all that my kids needed for entertainment. Tracie was absolutely wonderful to work with and so easy to communicate with. She left a sweet note with some snacks which added to the sweetness of our stay. She even reached out to me to let me know the home was ready for our stay and informed me about an event happening that weekend nearby that we could attend (in which we did.) Without question, we will stay here again in the future. I 100 percent recommend staying here!

We love the feeling of relaxation that Fripp offers. There is so much wildlife and beautiful scenery to behold. The golf cart rides provide a great way to relax and enjoy the island. The place just has such a unique beach experience.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The view is by far the best feature of this property. From both the lower and upper level of the home, you have amazing views of the ocean, boats passing by, occasional dolphins passing by and it all overlooks the pool as well. It provides a very unique experience.
