You'll begin creating memories you'll want for a lifetime in this 4 level oasis, spacious enough to mingle with your friends and family, or disappear from them as needed 😉. This country chic 5 bedroom ranch-style farmhouse sleeps 12. 1 king size bed, 2 queen beds, 1 full size bed, 2 twin beds, 1 pull out sofa bed (in the living room), and 1 full size quite comfy futon. All mattresses are newly replaced in the past 2 years. There are 2 spacious bathrooms, along with a sauna. The bathroom upstairs encumbers a closet fully stocked with an abundance of shower supplies for your use in the full bathtub / shower combo. The downstairs bathroom draws waves with it's vintage nautical themed charm, a stand-up shower and plenty of shower essentials for all of your needs. The sauna is custom built right off of the attached garage. It has a changing room attached, with a full shower and lower bucket faucet. Quite the serene place to meditate! There is a beauty salon (pre-booking available with a professional hairdresser for large groups) which is equipped with a hair washing salon sink, plenty of hair styling tools including a hair dryer, curling iron, flat iron, blowout styling brush and more! In this same room you will find the brand new washer & dryer, available to use at your convenience (along with supplied detergents & dryer sheets). The dining room table seats 6 and the kitchen table seats 4. All of the rooms are very soundproof which is another bonus for people in separate areas of the house doing completely different activities.

The Kitchen is stocked with more than you can usually desire from a rental home. We have filled the ranch with everything you may need for your daily desires to cook or bake the majority of dishes and deserts. The items include all of the general essentials in any well-utilized kitchen. This includes all of the expected pots and pans for the oven top, as well as a regular pizza pan, stoneware pizza pan, and much more. Some of the more classic staples include: a large stock pot, electric casserole pan, crock pots, glass casserole dishes, stoneware dishes, and more. For baking you have your choice of muffin tins, cupcake tins, cookie sheets, cookie cutters, cake pans, loaf pans, mixing bowls and so much more. There really is just too much to list.

In order to use all of these items - you'll need ingredients, so we cover the basics. We fully stock about 20 spices & herbs, sugar, flour, salt & pepper, and even peanut oil. You will also find clingwrap, aluminum foil, wax paper, and more.

The ranch also has the expected glass dishes, plastic dishes for outdoor/children's use, all eating and cooking utensils, a tea kettle, a regular coffee pot, a Kuerig, coffee, water filtering pitchers, dish soap, paper towel, a cheese board, and more.

In the restrooms we provide all linens such as: bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. There's also hand soap, body wash, hair dryes, hair towels, shower caps, cotton balls, cotton pads, Q-tips, and an abundance of toilet paper. We truly want you to have the best experience possible at the ranch, as memories usually aren't made making store runs.

Basic amenities include: fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kuerig, toasters, washer and dryer, etc.

Moving outdoors, on the .73 acres you will have plenty of room in the front and back and front yards to let the kids and dogs run freely! It is a great yard, perfect for socializing and soaking up the sun, with plenty of trees when shade is desired. The privacy of the location is also a great bonus! For entertainment, the back patio includes a classic circular charcoal grill as well as a propane tailgate style grill with multiple grate options. The in ground fire pit is a great place to kick back, grab a drink, a pal, and a seat. This firepit is stocked with wood, ready to create those warm summertime memories with S'mores and Brats around the crackles of a beautiful fire.

Back inside, in the game room you will find a pool table, numerous games and a 65" smart TV. In the living room you will find an 86" smart TV, a 50" TV in the gym, a 38" TV in the blue Bedroom, and a 48" TV in the master bedroom. In the heated garage (connected to the game room) you will find a foosball table, a ping pong table, and a dry bar with a mini TV, and a mini fridge/freezer.

The parking area is large and can easily accommodate multiple vehicles, as well as a number of trailers and RV's, all at once. There is a security camera facing the front parking areas, on the right side of the garage door. This doubles as a motion detecting light at night. The ranch is easy to find, located right off of US HWY 41, in a beautiful country setting. It's a 13-minute drive to the heart of Marquette, a 40-minute drive to Munising, and one hour drive to Escanaba.

We do our best to accommodate all of the items in this home for your comfort and pleasure, however from time to time - items are broken. We appreciate knowing when they are, so we have time to replace them for the next guest's arrival. Please respect this leniency. We cannot promise that each and every item listed will be available for each and every stay, but we can promise that we have always and will continue to do everything we can to keep up with replacements and the changes needed to accommodate your stay to the closest representation of the listing as humanly possible. Lastly, please note this is a very large (2200 square ft) ranch-style home, in the country, and thus it is more shabby-chic/vintage-modern/farmhouse than it is Taj Mahal! Please book according to your preference.

There are plenty of ATV and snowmobile trails nearby. There are also plenty of waterfalls nearby which could easily fill up day of simply touring the wide array of nearby waterfalls.
