We’re sad to hear the location felt a little out of the way for the activities you had in mind. We recognize that each guest has different expectations for what they want to be close to when they’re on vacation. For future guests reading this, we try to provide a detailed picture of the many things to do in the area through both our listing and guestbook. For example, the lake is just a one-minute walk away, Lake Michigan is about 10 minutes by car, and there are numerous hiking trails, wineries, and golf courses within 15 minutes. Shops and restaurants are generally within 5–30 minutes as well, and our guestbook includes more than a dozen specific activities and attractions to help guests make the most of their stay. We also strive to provide consistent and helpful communication before, during, and after each guest’s visit. We reached out to you five times through the Vrbo app during your stay but didn’t receive a response. When you called us regarding the TV remote, we were happy to assist and stayed on the phone with you until you were able to get it working. We always welcome questions during a stay and do our best to be available whenever guests need us. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, be blessed.

Sharon was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Our home was well cared of. We would definitely recommend her and look forward to having her back.

Tiffany and the girls took care of the home and left it in good order. However, the guest count appeared inaccurate and she also had visitors without notifying us. Besides that, we would still recommend her and welcome her back again.
