Now you're just a quick boat ride to enjoy the fishing, boating, diving and everything the warm waters the Gulf of Mexico has to offer.

This condo is also located next to the 'Shell Shack', the best place in Mexico Beach to go for souvenirs & beautiful shells. The 'Shell Shack' is also home to a simple seafood market where you can get fresh fish and cooked to order shrimp.

We have taken great concern to furnish this condo to suite your family's every need. There is a large 47 inch LCD flat screen TV in the family room. The Master Suite includes a Queen bed, flat screen TV and beautiful built ins. The second bed is next to the hall bath and is equipped with a flat screen TV and large double closets for enough storage for those extended stays. The kitchen is fully equipped including a large capacity slow cooker and beautiful quartz counter tops. The appliances are brand new Kitchen Aid brand with all of the latest features. The unit is equipped with a front load washer & dryer. We haven't forgotten about your need to store your fish. We have equipped your storage unit with a chest freezer to keep your catch until you're ready to leave. The storage closet is big enough to hold all of your outside gear including bikes, fishing rods (rod holder provided) and beach carts.

The extra large balcony area overlooks the pool and has outdoor seating for your enjoyment. It's the perfect area to spend time with friends and family while eating your daily catch and enjoying the breath taking view of the canal.
