In the main living area, unwind on the queen sofa sleeper couch or gather around the dining space for meals prepared in the full kitchen, equipped with everything you need (minus a dishwasher).

A private entryway welcomes you, while an exterior door leads to a covered patio where you can relax and enjoy tranquil views of the pond year round.

Rest assured, the owner's storage garage is attached but completely separate at the entryway, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.

Escape to this idyllic cabin retreat for a peaceful getaway amidst nature's beauty. The yard is an experience of its own with pond views, a horseshoe pit, outdoor bar, covered "she shed" sitting area, two outdoor firepits, and an outdoor grill.

In the summer, you are welcome to swim in the pond and we have two kayaks for our guests use, by request only.

While our pond is a delightful feature for viewing and swimming, we kindly request that guests refrain from fishing to preserve the ecosystem and respect its serenity. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the tranquility and integrity of our property.

Bob and Shelly, your hosts, reside in the upper level of the main home. While they may occasionally be heard working or spotted in the yard, they strive to maintain your privacy and ensure a tranquil stay. However, they're always open to friendly interactions if guests feel inclined to engage. Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priorities, and we aim to create a welcoming atmosphere for your getaway. You may occasionally get a message from our Co-host, Abby. She is a professional host in Sioux Falls, SD and we've asked her to join our team to help us offer her excellent hosting expertise.

You may explore the entire yard as you please. If you spend time hanging outside with your group, please be respectful to homeowners, other guests, and neighbors. Always cleaning up behind yourselves and keeping noise at a reasonable level.

Our property includes the area from the entrance of the driveway to the forest at the back of the home. From the row of pine trees on the right side of our property to the bridge and gravel parking area on the left side of our property. Please do not explore areas beyond these points.
