Beachfront Guest House Surrounded by Nature

New two-bedroom casita for rent in Playa Miravalle, Sonsonate. **Please read entire description!** Located on a beachfront lot lined with palms, just steps from the gorgeous empty beach. This rental is perfect for anyone looking to escape city life, for surfers, for beach combers, for yogis and for nature lovers. The casita is a guest house to our main house. We, the owners, may be onsite during your stay. Please make yourselves at home and enjoy as if the place is yours.

This is a remote location! As seen on the map, CA-2 strays away from the beach, so you will drive 20 minutes down a dirt road to enter the beach. It is not an easy in/out, although the drive is gorgeous with views of sugar cane fields and farm animals. Please follow our instructions for arrival and do NOT follow GPS as navigation applications sometimes route incorrectly through Acajutla.

The casita includes: one AC bedroom with King bed and closet, one AC bedroom with two Full beds (trundle) and desk, WiFi, private bathroom shared between the rooms, drinking water, open-air kitchen fully stocked with new appliances and rooftop terrace for yoga or relaxing amongst the palms with ocean view. Cotton sheets, bath and beach towels provided. All beds equipped with new Delandis Cloud+ mattresses.

Additionally the rental includes shared use of large beachfront pool, two outdoor showers, hammocks, BBQ area with gas grill and bathroom poolside. An additional AC King room with private bathroom is available at an additional cost.

Please note that you may be sharing the property with me, my partner Victor and our daughter. We live in a separate house and prioritize our guests' privacy. The property is spacious with many separate zones for relaxation.

Playa Miravalle is a peaceful, private community amidst protected Mangrove trees. The remote beach offers surf and many miles to explore. This is a unique place as it remains one of the last untouched beaches in El Salvador. We highly recommend bringing all food and drink necessary for your stay, as the beach is a 15-20 minute drive from CA-2. We are about a 30-minute drive from the restaurants in Los Cobanos and Acajutla.

The rental of the casita includes shared use of large beachfront pool, two outdoor showers, hammocks, poolside BBQ area with kitchenette, gas grill and bathroom. Let us know if you’d like to rent surfboards or boogie boards.

We have two dogs and three cats who live on the property. They are safe around children and not allowed indoors.

This location is very remote as the beach is 6 miles from CA-2. The condition of the dirt road varies throughout the year, however motor bikes are able to pass all year long. A 4x4 is recommended but not necessary.

Similarly, the nearest grocery store is approximately 30 minutes away in the town of Sonsonate. Fruit and veggie trucks pass through every weekend and occasionally mid week. There is a small store just a short walk away with fresh eggs, sodas, chips and beer. They also cook meals to go, including fish, shrimp, chicken, steak and salchichas with rice and fresh veggies.
