The property is gated with the access via coded entry.

For rentals with term 28-day and longer we require a flat non-refundable utilities fee which is determined by the property size and season specific usage and paid upfront. If the extra days are booked, the utility bill portion will be prorated respectively with a reference to a 28-day period.
An unlikely circumstance of utilities over-usage could be a reason for an additional charge.

This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet.
