This website uses "filler" rates which we can't control, and our only other option is to remove the listing entirely for dates more than a year in advance. Please simply INQUIRE (click "ask the owner a question" link, below my picture on the right) for dates more than a year in advance.

Just ten minutes from the town of Jackson, and five minutes from the Jackson Hole ski area, this location is ideal. The south entrance to Grand Teton and adjoining Yellowstone National Parks is just five miles away. Endless mountain and river adventures await, or try your skills at Teton Pines Golf Resort, located on-site, designed by Arnold Palmer.

The resort features an athletic club with pool, available for a temporary membership fee, a market, and two excellent restaurants.

* IMPORTANT* We are actually flexible on details of the cancellation policy. This website requires that we choose a pre-determined policy so the automatic template can be displayed. For this reason, we ask that you INQUIRE first, (you can do this by clicking on the “ask owner a question” link below my name) but not request to book until we have spoken by phone to customize the details (cancellation policy) to your personal preferences. We respond to inquiries almost immediately. Usually within the hour.
Regarding the cancellation policy: We will refund 100% of your money up to 30 days before arrival. If you have to cancel within 30 days of arrival, let us know as soon as possible, and we will re-post the time frame as available for rent. Any portion of that time frame that does re-rent will be refunded to you. If the time frame you have cancelled does not rent by the date your reservation was to begin, then our policy is to revert to the posted cancellation policy which is 50% refund between 30 days of arrival and 14 days of arrival.
Because of your options noted above, we do require a personal conversation by phone with all renters, in order to answer any questions you may have and go over details about the condo and the area, before confirming any reservation request. Our guests find this very helpful in planning their visit to Jackson Hole and the National Parks. As soon as you send an inquiry, I will respond with my phone contact info, as VRBO does not allow owners to post their phone numbers on their listings until responding to an inquiry.
