Welcome to Tea Olive Cottage — your perfect Augusta home base, just 3.7 miles from Augusta National Golf Club and downtown Augusta, and 2.7 miles from the medical district. Whether you're here for the Masters, a work assignment, visiting someone at the medical district, or simply exploring Augusta, this cozy cottage is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared so you can settle in and feel right at home.

The Cottage
Inside you'll find two comfortable queen bedrooms with soft linens and plenty of storage — perfect for couples, work travelers, or visiting families. The full bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries. The bright living room features a Smart TV, and the fully equipped kitchen means you can cook at home and save on meals. An in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays easy and comfortable.

Outside
Step out to your private fenced backyard — ideal for pets or a breath of fresh air. A charming side porch with bistro seating is perfect for your morning coffee. A long private driveway provides plenty of off-street parking.

Pet Friendly
We welcome one dog under 50 lbs with prior approval. The private fenced yard makes this a wonderful choice for traveling pet owners.

Your Privacy
You'll have the entire cottage to yourself with self check-in via smartlock — arrive on your own schedule. We're always just a message away if you need anything.

I would like to say that our group was very pleased with the entire experience. The house itself was very cute and very clean/well kept. The hosts were very kind and responsive and the location was very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely recommend this property if you're in the Augusta area.

This place was great. A perfect location for Augusta activities. It was clean, well appointed, had a nice patio and a big backyard. Communication with owner was easy and quick. Check-in and out was a piece of cake. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay at Augusta Georgia.

Our host was very communicable super nice and the house was beautiful itself. Me and my family enjoyed our stay , definitely would love to come back a stay there another time .

Perfect Getaway in the Heart of Augusta

The property was beautiful, cozy, and located within minutes of everything. The host was very communicative, friendly, and helpful. The home had all the amenities needed for my family. It was truly a home away from home and look forward to visiting again.

Excellent Hospitality and Warmth

The property was clean and welcome. The welcome snacks helped cover additional needs during our time in Augusta and the amenities were above what we expected. I truly would stay here every year going forward.

Super cute

Ceiling light in front bedroom needs light bulbs replaced. 2 of 3 were burnt out. We had a very enjoyable visit.

I would recommend more than 1 roll of toilet paper—we only had 1 roll. Grab bar in bath tub. The microwave and sofa could u a little more tidying.

We normally provide multiple rolls of toilet paper, so I apologize if that was missed and will make sure it doesn’t happen again. Cute Place- would stay again

I am impressed by this house, the larger rooms make this small place seem spacious. The new appliances in the kitchen including a great dishwasher were very convenient. I had no trouble with the front door lock. The side porch was excellent for coffee in the morning or for sitting out a southern thunderstorm. The water pressure is acceptable but maybe do not do dishes while you are washing laundry. That said the water pressure in the shower is very nice! The TV is set up with streaming so you can connect to any service you already have.I would rent this place again.

Stephanie comes from a family of investors and stepped fully into short-term rentals after losing her father — a moment that reminded her how precious life is. Michael is a firefighter who works in the golf industry on his days off. Together we've built a small, carefully curated collection of properties that we manage with genuine care and attention.

Augusta captured our hearts the moment we discovered it — and it has so much more to offer than most people realize. Yes, Augusta National and the Masters are legendary. But Augusta is also a deeply historical city with incredible food, live music rooted in the soul and blues tradition of James Brown, a thriving coffee culture with its own coffee trail, and a community that welcomes visitors like family.

We named our Augusta properties after the iconic plants found on Augusta National's holes — because the connection to this special place runs deep. Tea Olive Cottage sits in a quiet residential neighborhood just 3.7 miles from Augusta National and downtown, and 2.7 miles from the medical district — close to everything but tucked away from the chaos.

We chose this neighborhood because it felt like the right kind of Augusta — real, historic, and full of character. Just like the city itself.

Every detail has been considered, from the soft linens to the fully stocked kitchen to the private fenced backyard perfect for your four-legged travel companion.

But what truly makes Tea Olive Cottage unique is the intention behind it. This home exists because we believe travel should feel personal.
