We loved everything about the place: location, communication with the host, the facility itself. The only complaint we had was that for an extended stay, we did not have enough supplies. We had to go out and purchase things like napkins, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.

This is the fourth year in a row that our group of four has stayed at this property. The view from the patio is magnificent, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the complex is located near restaurants, grocery stores, and golf courses. We suggest that the property owners provide an umbrella for the patio, as the morning sun gets very hot. Also, a darker shade for the second bedroom would be welcome...there is a safety light directly outside the window that is on all night.

Great property

This is the second time that we have stayed at this property. We love the location, the view, and the condo itself. The only recommendation that I would make is to have an umbrella on the patio. It gets very hot out there.

We have stayed at this property for the last 5 years, and we love the location and the view. We had some maintenance issues this time, but the property manager responded quickly and took care of them in a timely manner. We would have loved to have an umbrella on the outdoor table, as the morning sun is pretty fierce. Overall, we would recommend the property.

Beautiful View!

The best part of this condo is the back porch and the view! I soaked it up every day! Just gorgeous. The condo is convenient to shopping, dining, and hiking. It is a quiet community and this condo is tucked back in a corner. There was a lot of maintenance going on in the parking lots and at the front of the condo that took some manipulation to get in and out some days, but otherwise, it was an easy, quiet, and comfortable stay with a gorgeous background!

Beautiful view

We stayed for a week-long golf vacation with another couple. The condo was roomy enough for the four of us, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the condo was close to shopping and restaurants. The best part of our stay was relaxing on the large patio --- the view of the mountains and the surrounding area was stunning. It was very quiet and peaceful. The only negative is that on the first night I spilled some water, and when I used a paper towel to wipe it up the paper towel was black. Not sure that the floor was clean but everything else was. Would recommend this property to others!

4123-one of the best views in The Greens at Ventana Canyon

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely 2-bedroom condo with some of the best views of the mountains. Not a golfer, so having the golf course out back was only noisy, not interesting. (People can be loud when they have a good shot). But otherwise beautifully quiet after golfers are finished. Furniture and appliances are quite new and all worked well. (Nice having auto-icemaking on the fridge). We have been in this condo other years and it is well-maintained from yeat to year. No issues in previous years, only issue this year was the A/C seemed a bit weak on very hot days. But the ceiling fans worked just fine to compensate. Sitting outside on the patio is a great place to listen to the sounds of the desert and see many different bird species. They are beautiful, especially the humming birds that will come right up to you and stay for a while. Quite an experience.
