The West Wing Bungalow with Saltwater Pool

Adult only luxury estate offering the most unique getaway in the area! Located on 1 acre of lush natural landscape, hidden from the road and the neighbors. This is one of kind unique property set up as a resort type. There are 4 rooms total, each is separate with private entrance and bath. The house can be rented as individual rooms or as whole house to enjoy with friends and family. Each room has large internet ready TV with firestick, free wifi, as well as coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, gas grill, 2 outdoor fire pits, and use of large salt water pool. We do provide gas for the gas grill, coin laundry located in the garage. We have firewood available for $7 per bundle.
The West Wing bungalow is only one of 2 rooms that opens up to the pool. The blue room in the green room are in the front of the house.
With each stay you get a few coffee k cups and a gift certificate to PJ's Oyster Bar!
We are known to be clean freaks. We wash all bed linens, quilts, pillow shams, and blankets between every guest. So you can rest easy, knowing this as most vacation rentals do not!
Sorry but we do not allow children or pets and I no longer make rum cakes.

Yes they were great, very personable and welcoming. Accommodations were great. Had the weather been better we definitely would have taken advantage of the ground amenities, pool, fire pits with chairs and and taken in the tropical paradise!

Had a great stay in the West Wing. Very clean, comfortable bed, had everything I needed. The location is fantastic. You are maybe 3 min to Gulf Blvd., which has all the awesome beaches in the area. The parking is safe and secure. I booked the West Wing as they had room for me to park my small boat. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for everything!

Everything was perfect! Clean, plenty of towels and lots of little extra items to make the stay extremely comfortable (water bottles, breakfast bars, paper plates/napkins/utensils, coffee machine and cups). AC worked great! Pool was absolutely lovely and relaxing.

Lovely Stay

We had such a good stay here, I didn't want to leave! The place was super clean, plenty of toiletries and towels. Signs led the way to our parking and apartment, and there were instructions inside as needed! Rum cake was delicious, appreciated that and the gift card for a local restaurant. We ended up always having the pool to ourselves, the outside hangout areas were so nice. Wish we had a longer trip! We went to the beach several times, it's within 15 minutes of the listing. Plenty of stores and restaurants within 10 minutes. Bed was comfy and room had storage. Really appreciated the beach chairs and towels! Would absolutely stay here when we visit again.

I had a wonderful stay at The West Wing. I love the oceanic decor. This particular room was all about mermaids. Lynne and Jeff are always so accommodating. It’s not hard to see why they are premier hosts! Pretty much anything that you can think of that you might leave behind is available for your use within your private rental or can be obtained on premises. I think my favorite part of staying at this property is watching the sunrise and then seeing the birds worship so early in the morning. They also maintain a gorgeous, green - heated swimming pool. If it’s not heated, I don’t know how they keep the water so perfectly tempered. If you don’t have anything particular to do and you want to relax close to the beach, but not on the beach, this is definitely the spot for you. Tell Mrs. Lynne that Towanda referred you.

Quiet, good A/C

Stayed for a quick trip in June. I'm always nervous about noise and being hot at night. No issues here! Very friendly host with a simple check-in and check-out process. Would stay again :)

Wonder beach vacation

Home was close to beaches and was very clean. Had everything I needed for a long weekend stay. Loved the rum cake. Very nice pool area. I would stay here again.

Clean, tropical hidden gem!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here in the West Wing. All the comforts of home are here, including coffee and Lynne's Rum cake samples! Delicious! We were pleased with the cleanliness of our unit, and also the location being close to the beach. A great weekend stay at this hidden gem!

Personal paradise

The room was beautiful and immaculate. There are swings, lawn chairs, pool, close to beach, and the rum cake!!!! Wish I could stay longer. Lynn was very friendly, responds quickly, and they are on the property. This was very reassuring to a female traveling solo.

Everything was just as expected. Clean, well stocked and the tum cake was a real treat. Our host was easy to work with. Highly recommend if you're done with hotels.

Short drive to great beaches.

This is a unique, comfortable accommodation that is pleasantly decorated There is a very nice pool easily accessible just steps outside the entry door. The pool is sunny for a good portion of the day. The primary living area is a Large bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed, and large TV, which can be watched either lying in bed or in an easy chair alongside the bed. Also, in a corner of the bedroom, is a card table size wooden table, and two chairs. Finally, also in the bedroom are a mini fridge with a small microwave oven on top. Location provides easy access to the outer islands and their wonderful beaches and restaurants. The entrance to the driveway is a bit difficult to find. It is partially hidden by plantings. I passed by it several times and finally at the direction of the next-door neighbor, I found it. Kitchen is bare bones. It has a coffee maker, some k cups, a few utensils, and some glasses. The small kitchen sink also serves as the sink for the adjoining bathroom. No cooktop, no container for microwave cooking, no bowl for mixing or microwaving, and no toaster. Owner says this is by code and cooking is not encouraged. Since she also lives on the premises, the owner was immediately available to answer questions Overall, If you would like to explore this area of magnificent white sand beaches, and terrific restaurants and meal preparation is not a priority, this is a wonderful and reasonably priced option.

Hi I'm Lynne and my husband is Jeff. We have been married since 1980, and owned this house since 2001.
We are both from upstate NY, he from Syracuse and me from the Rochester area. Florida became our home in 1979, when we came down here to visit his Grandma in Ft Myers.
I have been in the hospitality business for many years and knew that sharing our home with others was something we just had to do. I also bake rum cakes, Island Rum Cakes it's become a local favorite!
