The location is good for tourists arriving by train, bus or plane.
There is private parking available for the guests with a car.
The apartment is on the first floor of new building, built in 2008, meeting all modern requirements. There is an elevator that stops on the first floor.
It is ideal for families.
The apartment consists of а bedroom with one double bed, a living room with sofa bed, a winter garden with a fireplace and an open terrace. There is a dining area, 2 flat-screen TVs, private bathroom and a kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, a washing machine is also available.
The internet connection is excellent.
The apartment offers all you need for long or short stay.
Everything is beautiful, new, with high quality.
As a compliment, we offer different kinds of coffee and tea, and mineral water in the summer.
We provide to all our guests a city map and a detailed map of the old city.

During our trips we have been in different property types. But we realize that the best ones for us are the self-service apartments. They usually are more comfortable, clean and cheaper.
Our last travel was in Italy, France and Slovenia. We stayed in some wonderful apartments that we like very much!
It inspired us to make from our Apartment Nicole a beautiful, cozy and comfortable accommodation place for travelers like us.
We invested a lot of effort, money, desire and love!
