We are sorry you were not satisfied with your stay at our cabin-house. Our Property Manager responded immediately and corrected your mayflies concern within the hour. She also determined you had unlocked and opened the unscreened side of window during your second evening. Per our phone discussions, assisting you with how to turn volume on remote on 1st night, and after your first evening's stay, you had no issues and no mayflies in the home. Your original concern regarding the cabin house being an upstairs unit...therefore difficult for your spouse to navigate was beyond our control. We unfortunately couldn't agree to your refund demands on your 3rd day. We wish you the well on your future travels.

Tim....We had an inspector come out to property who assured No Black Mold was in the home. I'm no doctor, but I strongly believe the few hours fishing you both did on Riverbank prior to entering the home was the root of your sons' allergies. Unfortunately, not everyone is built for River activities, maybe pollen was up. As you may recall, you had our team perform an expedited cleaning to support prior guest's same day check out. Unfortunately, these cleanings and the unplanned emergency mold inspection house call...though was an erroneous complaint, still cost money to investigate/remedy. I was ok with whatever VRBO decided but could no longer trust the validity of your complaints. I opted to let them choose best option. Plus, you violated a few house rules. My advice to the other VRBO owners would be to not rent to you. Ironically, the next 2 guest have gave 10 stars... shortly after. Best wishes on your future travels. Charlie
