Tucked in a neighborhood just off the main roads, this home offers a perfect place to relax in privacy and enjoy each other’s company - all while enjoying the sights and sounds of picturesque Ogunquit River with its natural bends,  wading areas and a tranquil waterfall.

This stunning custom built home is located at the end of a private road, just outside of the lively Ogunquit Village. Greeted by a sprawling wrap around farmers porch, this three/+ bedroom two and a half bath home is highlighted by elevated features, beautiful hardwood flooring and fine finishes throughout. The design and floor plan is both modern and comfortable, offering many wonderful spaces for solo relaxing as well as group gatherings.

The first level of the home is anchored by an alluring double sided fireplace; surrounded by an eat-in gourmet kitchen with a center island and high-end appliances, a dining area, a spacious living room with a mounted TV and a half bath. Large windows flood the space with natural light and the french doors give access to the back deck with a gas grill, dining space and further onto the cascading yard and river that bends through the property. The second level is host to three bedrooms, one of which is the primary suite; featuring a walk-in closet, spa-like en-suite bath with soaking tub and walk-in glass shower, and a private balcony. Two additional bedrooms share a full bath with laundry, a cozy living room with a sectional, TV and a spacious deck boasting views of the waterfall. Each room has its own unique and creative personality, blending to create a serene experience throughout the spaces. Finishing the interior of the home is the third level multipurpose room; you'll find two full beds and a family room-complete with a cozy sectional couch and TV. A ‘secret door’ accesses an adorable play space for little ones!

The yard boasts beautiful natural landscaping with a firepit, swinging nest chairs and a hammock overlooking the river, stone benches and a grassy yard lovely for lawn games or to simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Even on a rainy day, the outdoors can be enjoyed undercover on the balconies, porch and back deck. Wildlife is abundant - keep the camera handy to capture a family of deer wandering through or bring your fishing poles to try your hand at catching river trout! (*check with town for fishing regulations/permitting) Your stay isn't complete without a dip in the river!

Surrounded by trees, yet only minutes from the lively Ogunquit Village and the famed Ogunquit Beach, this home is an ideal place for a relaxing getaway! Additionally, the home includes A/C (via mini splits and window units in 2 bedrooms), Internet, a fully stocked kitchen, bed linens, and bath towels. A beach cart, beach chairs and umbrella are provided as well! Bring your own beach towels, please!
