The living room is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a sofa bed, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.

The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a large furnished balcony where you can fully relax.

The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement. There is also a washer available for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and the second with a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you. There is a building under construction on the left-hand side of the apartment building. However, it does not affect the apartment or its surroundings.

Guests will have access to the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as a barbecue area, a children's pool, covered parking, a gymnasium, an indoor play area, a kids' play area, landscaped greens, a swimming pool and yoga and meditation areas.

This property is managed by GuestReady on behalf of its owner, and we want to ensure your stay is as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 if you need any help during your visit. As this is a personal home, we kindly ask that you treat it with care.

The location of this property features Hartland Mall, two international schools, grand green open spaces, outdoor facilities and an array of cafés and restaurants. Ras al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary is just a 5-mins drive, so guests can easily visit the wildlife and be immersed in nature. 2 nearby cafe restaurant is the pop-up store cafe and Calories Lab. Sobha Hartland is 11 minutes from Dubai Mall, where you can explore more restaurants from different cuisine.

Yalla Mart and Choitrams Sobha Hartland are 5 minutes drive around the community.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

The nearest train station, Creek Metro Station, is just a 10-minute drive.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
