Well appointed villa over two floors comfortably accommodating couples/families/groups, flexible to 12-16guests. .Property has private pool, hot tube and BBQ
All terraces are south facing to all day sunshine over the pool, with urban and sea views to island Vis,Vila, adjacent to the pool is made up 7 bedrooms living area andl kitchen and
dinning area, outside terace d area , 7 bathrooms.

Area of both floors whole villa inside is 360m2.
Other facilities: wi-fi evry bedroomaircon, dishwasher,kitchen/dining,
washing machine/, satellite tv, sun beds, solar showers and an abundance of parking..
*Landlord or cleaning lady are present, separated apartment in same property and can assist with any local inquiries or make bookings on behalf
(boats,scooter, car hire, excursions, taxis).
Location;close to beach(10mim by foot) and town (15min by foot)without the noise of the clubs.

Groceries are purchased a few minutes distant from the villa.We are pleased to collect you upon arrival ) on Hvar town bus station(ferry)

Stag holiday

Me and 13 friends stayed in Frane's house and it was exactly what we were after. Communication was excellent throughout and Frane came to pick us up in two rounds which was a massive help with such a big group. The house was great and walking distance to Hvar old town. I'd definitely recommend.

Beautiful villa for 14 people

Beautiful villa definitely and great place, we loved the pool and hot tub and the girls had a great time! You're mum is one of a kind! Absolutely great attentive woman who looked after us so well. Not easy looking after 14 people and feeding everyone but she did amazing, please tell her we said thank you!

Wonderful stay in Hvar!

I stayed four nights at Frane's lovely villa with my husband and 10 of our friends for an early birthday celebration. We had a wonderful time and the villa was absolutely perfect for our group. Everyone was comfortable with their own bedroom and bathroom, we enjoyed the common areas for gathering and lounging (especially the pool, hot tub, and shaded seating and dining areas on the patio), we had all the supplies we needed (kitchen items, bath towels, pool towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.), and it was an easy (20-25 min) walk to Hvar town and back. Frane was the most accommodating host - picking us up when we arrived, offering helpful suggestions for restaurants, taxi services, etc., and responding promptly any time we had any issues or questions. He even provided us with a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival. I can't recommend this property and its host highly enough! You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic Villa and Host

Absolutely lovely villa. Great location set in a quiet residential area but only 10 minutes walk to the old town. Frane the host kindly picked us up from where our boat dropped us off. He even took us to the supermarket to buy supplies. The villa was clean and had everything we possibly needed. Plenty of room for our party of 9 people. Hot tub and pool were lovely. We also arranged for a dinner to be cooked for us and served at the villa. It was cooked by the family with a lot of love and they worked really hard to make a special evening for a birthday celebration. Table was set with flowers and wine and the food was really good. We had a change of plan due to bad weather and went back to Split early and Frane helped with all the travel arrangements and drove us to the ferry. The hosts could not be more helpful and made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend the villa for large parties of friends or families.

An excellent apartment and fantastic hosts! Our party of 7 stayed for 5 nights in late September and we had a brilliant time. The villa is located in a quiet and secluded area but within easy walking distance of the town centre. The apartment itself modern and finished to a high standard - definitely one of the best equipped apartments I've ever stayed in. Lovely pool and terrace area for taking a dip and soaking up the sun on the days you don't feel like (or aren't capable of) moving too far. Frane and his mother are great hosts, friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived - arranging transport to the villa, beers on arrival, sorting out boat hire and always available if we needed assistance or advice. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Hvar.

Jonathan Whayat:Frane was very accommodating. We arrived and immediately were able to leave our bags with him right off the main street until the house was ready (we arrived early). Frane drove us to the location, let us choose our rooms, gave us places to eat, options for boat rentals to the islands and other helpful nightlife tips. I have no problem recommending Frane and will reach out to him when I return on my next trip to Hvar.

This place was absolutely wonderful. Frane is an excellent host with tons of knowledge about the island and can help you arrange anything you need whether its transportation, mopeds, whatever. He's super cool and lives in the flat next door and is always available if you need anything. In addition, his mother lives next door too and is the sweetest lady ever - she even gave my friend who's birthday it was a bottle of champagne to celebrate. I would totally recommend this place to anyone.

It is unique and rare type of property to find in Hvar town.
The villa is located in a quiet and secluded area but within easy walking distance of the town centre,no need for taxi.The villat itself is modern and comfortable. Lovely pool and terrace area for taking a dip and soaking up the sun on the days you don't feel like (or aren't capable of) moving too far.
It is only about a 15 minute walk into town and 10 minute down to a realy nice beach.
