This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 1600 sq. ft. The residence has a communal pool, and is less than 1km from the beach and all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)

The daily rental rate includes absolutely all charges (also electricity). Housekeeping is also included, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.

Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: massive discounts are possible for long-term rentals and low-season bookings. Also, only a small down payment is required to confirm the booking.
