The space
This freshly remodeled home sits in the Baldwin Park area in Orlando, FL. This home has been remodeled with a fresh coat of paint, new pavers, new floors, an upgraded bathroom, and brand-new furniture throughout the entire house. The kitchen has a new oven, microwave & ample appliances, and cookware to enjoy a nice home-cooked meal. The patio has been upgraded with railings, lighting, and furniture so you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee or tea in the morning or evening. The bedrooms are perfect for 2 with new bedsets and bright lighting. Make sure to check out the large backyard where kids and pets are free to roam and enjoy the outdoors!

Guest access
Guests will be able to the entire house and property including all bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas, washer, dryer, patios, front and back yard as well as the driveway.

The home has a partial fence with an open backyard perfect for walking pets & letting kids play.

The front patio has automatic lights that turn on at night with additional floodlights around the house.

Event Rules:
Hosting Events: All events must be communicated and approved by the host BEFORE the start of the event.

Guests: All guests must be registered on the reservation, including kids & infants. Any additional guests above the registered count will count at $25/per person per night.

Day Events: are limited to family gatherings, birthdays, reunions, weddings, and related events with up to 30 people max. The event fee of $150 must be paid beforehand.

Noise Level: must be maintained so as not to disturb the neighborhood or neighbors, and/or the city may call the authorities, and you may receive fines. Quiet hours are 11 pm to 7 am.

Smoking: There is no smoking on the property inside or outside. If you must smoke, please smoke on the driveway at least 30 feet away from the property. There is up to a $500 fee for violating smoking rules.

Cancellation: The host reserves the right to cancel any reservation found violating event rules. Warning neighbors have advised they will contact local authorities for any events breaking local noise and occupancy ordinances & you may be fined and/or removed from the property if found breaking local laws.

Damages: Please report all damages and incidentals so we can properly address, fix, and/or replace them promptly. We reserve the right to process any damages or excess cleaning costs to VRBO support.
