Parking
Parking Information (Effective April 1, 2025):
• Parking fees are collected by the condominium association upon arrival (card payments only, no cash).
• Max 2 vehicles per reservation (strictly enforced).
Rates per vehicle:
• $20/day for the first 3 days (max $60 per stay).
• Free from Day 4-7.
• $5/day from Day 8 onward.
• Winter Rate Cap (Nov–Mar): Max $60 per stay.
Things to know
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old
• Please note that the north side pool and hot tub will be temporarily closed due to the scheduled post-tension repair project. The work is expected to take approximately two weeks, weather permitting. During this period, balcony access will be restricted between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM for units in the 07 stack (Units 1207-207) and the 06 stack (Units 1206-206) due to potential falling debris and concrete chipping. Indoor and south side pools will remain open, and all floors and units will remain accessible. The schedule is subject to change, and weekend work may be required. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to improve the property.
House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space

• Gulf Shores Public Beach – A beautiful beach area perfect for relaxing, swimming, and sunbathing. It’s nearby and offers clean white sands and clear waters.
• Gulf State Park – A large park with miles of trails, camping, fishing, and a stunning beach area. Great for hiking, biking, and exploring nature.
• Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo – Known as “The Little Zoo That Could,” this zoo has a variety of animals, including a petting zoo and unique animal encounters.
• Waterville USA – A fun family-friendly water and amusement park featuring water slides, wave pools, go-karts, and mini-golf.
• Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge – This beautiful wildlife refuge has scenic trails and offers opportunities for bird-watching and seeing native Alabama wildlife.
• The Wharf – A popular shopping and entertainment district with restaurants, boutiques, a Ferris wheel, and live events. It’s a bit further but offers a lot of activities.
• Fort Morgan – A historic fort with tours and beautiful views of Mobile Bay. Learn about the fort's history from the Civil War era.
• Dolphin Cruises – Several local companies offer dolphin-watching cruises, giving visitors a chance to see dolphins up close in their natural habitat
