+Entertain
The home features an open, well-appointed and spacious living room and kitchen where you can wrap up your day with loved ones. Lounge on the back patio around the fire pit while taking in sweeping views of the Kansas Prairie. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all of the tools you would need to cook meals during your stay. This home is a tech-lovers dream with its blazing fast WiFi, big TV’s and surround sound via Sonos. The complimentary beverage bar will help you power up in the morning as you will have your choice of coffee or tea.

+Sleep
Two bedrooms boast luxurious king sized beds. The third bedroom features a queen sized bed. The property also has a queen and twin pull out couch/chair.

+Pamper
Enjoy getting ready for the day in one of the two spacious bathrooms that offer all of the top luxuries. The floor to ceiling walk-in showers are stocked with high-quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash while Turkish bath towels provide the perfect touch for your daily pampering.

+Logistics
Two cars can easily park in the driveway or on the street as needed. One garage parking space is also available during your stay.

Guests will be sent a door code the day prior to check in.

There is a $500 deposit for the home. It is not charged to you upon booking, only reserved in the case of damage or theft. If something gets damaged or broken, please let us know and we will figure out a solution.

While we admire and appreciate furry friends, we do not allow them in our space. If this is an issue, we are happy to provide information on pet boarding as an alternative during your stay.

We have an outdoor/outward facing camera overlooking the patio space and front door doorbell camera for your safety. In addition we have a decibel detector within the unit to ensure the noise from the unit is not being heard from the adjacent neighbors.

Please note that if you cancel a booked reservation, and it is within the timeframe for a full refund, you will receive the refund minus the credit card processing fee of 2.9%.
Guests are to obey quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00AM.

No third party bookings. Third party bookings are subject to cancellation without a refund.

No outside visitors (other than guests accounted for on reservation) allowed in the house. If outside guests are brought into the house, you will be subject to a $50/person per occurrence charge.

Please lock all windows and doors when you leave the home.

No smoking/vaping/marijuana inside the unit or building. You may smoke outside on the patio.

Guests who do not check out by 11:00 AM are subject to an additional charge of $30 for every half hour they have not checked out.
