- Smoking of any kind, including tobacco and cannabis, is strictly prohibited in the home. The use of recreational drugs on the premises is also prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a $300 penalty.
- Parties and events are not permitted, and illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Excessive noise, including loud music, is not allowed after 10 pm. Kindly be respectful of the neighbors.
- Only the guests listed in the reservation are allowed on the premises. Additional guests are not permitted.
- Setting up tents or other structures on the property grounds is not allowed.
- Renters are responsible for any charges related to damages occurring during their stay and may also be liable for necessary extra-cleaning charges if required after their stay.
- Renters may be asked to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please refrain from moving the furniture.
- We are pet-friendly and allow up to 2 pets weighing 50 lbs or less. A fee of $50 USD per pet applies.
