** We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests responsibility.

** Garage is accessible to guests for vehicle or bike storage.

** Our smart TVs are for streaming from your own accounts.

** The pack-n-play & booster seat are stored in the guest bedroom closet.

** Guests are also allowed access to Bella Vista POA amenities as guests if they request guest passes from us within 3 business days of arrival and after booking is confirmed. Instructions given after booking. These amenities are not free but you are given access to them for a cost per activity as a guest. Costs of activities can be found on the Bella Vista POA website.

** We do not live on site but we love hosting and want to ensure you're comfortable and enjoying your time at our home. Reach out anytime with questions or needs!

** We're located near the end of a dead end street so it's a very quiet area with little to no traffic. We're less than a half mile from the Down Under Loop trail so our community is extremely bike friendly.

** Guests may see some wildlife or insects during your stay — this is common for properties in natural, wooded, or lakeside areas.
