This home features 2 cozy bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds plus a beanbed. You'll also find 2 full lovely bathrooms with amenities like a bidet and shower. Plus, there's an additional living space with a comfy futon for extra guests. Whether you're here for work or play, this fabulous townhome has everything you need for a delightful stay. This is a great house in a great location! Very walkable part of town and so close to the square in Fella Point. The host was great and communicative. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Awesome home in an awesome neighborhood. The home was clean and well-furnished. Our host was very helpful and responsive. We found the narrow staircase leading to the bedrooms quaint, but this might not be the place for you if you have mobility issues.

Perfect location! One block from vibrant Fells Point. One block from Whole Foods. Easy walk to entire harbour. Cute apartment! Equipped with many extras. Valeri had snacks upon arrival. Bathroom essentials were great. Recommend the farmers market on Sat mornings at fells point.

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. Check-in was simple, and rhe host is VERY responsive to any questions, maintenance issues, etc. It is in close proximity to so many great restaurants, attractions, bus routes are close. We had many lovely evening walks near the harbor. Would definitely book this property again in the future.

Honestly, we didnā€™t spend much time in the townhome, with a little sightseeing in DC and an Orioles / Yankee game! But Val was a great host and communicated very well which made the stay really enjoyable!

The space was perfect for our family of 4. The host was warm, welcoming, and accommodating. We had everything we needed! The host provided coffee and great snacks. Be aware the stairs are very narrow and steep for those with mobility challenges or who are a larger size. We loved being close to everything, but the nightlife can be very noisy into the early morning hours. Also note you cannot park overnight on the street, but there is an affordable garage around the corner.

O's Weekend

Everything about my stay was absolutely perfect! The host, the accommodations, the location and even the O's won. I love staying in Fells Point and this unit is perfectly located Pitango's Bakery, Angie's Seafood and The Horse You Rode In On bar. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Baltimore.

Very comfortable and convenient

The townhouse was just whaat we needed, and we loved the feel of being in the midst of a lovely historic district. Valeriy was extremely accommodating, even helping us out when I had made a mistake and booked us one day short of the length of stay we needed!

The location is incredible and the host was extremely communicative! She shared a ton of great recommendations and was very helpful throughout our stay! We also found parking nearby in a SpotHero garage just around the corner, which was convenient and felt very safe.A few small improvements could make the stay even better: the shower handles in the downstairs bathroom could use some fixing, and there were some drainage issues in both showers and bathroom sinks. Weā€™d also recommend making it clearer in the listing that the staircase is very steep and narrow. Itā€™s part of the homeā€™s historic charm, but it may not be suitable for everyone, so itā€™s good for future guests to be aware.

The rental was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. Main bedroom had a comfortable bed. The 3rd floor bedding had futons, so not the most comfortable. In a noisy part of Fells Point. Instructions for trash removal were not clear. When opening the back door into a common area, trash was strewn all over so not sure who was responsible for that, but that did not really effect our stay. We had a guest visit with a support animal, and landlord sent an email reminding me that no pets were allowed. A little creepy to know youā€™re being watched so closely, and the no pets policy wasnā€™t prominent on the listing, so communication could be a little better. However, it is a good rental at a fair price, but check the details to make sure itā€™s right for you.

Spent a fun few days. The house is in a great spot to walk around Fellā€™s and up towards downtown. We didnā€™t use it, but a water taxi is very close too and can take you to neighborhoods across the harbor. The house comfortable slept four adults without having to share beds. It had everything youā€™ll need to spend a few days comfortably. The host was responsive and checking in and out was easy as can be without any hidden issues. Recommend fully.

Very comfortable stay

So the list was perfect. Everything was there that was in the description. It was veey clean and very comfortable. The location could no be better, between all the restaurants, bars and shops in Fells Point, to the less than 20 minute walk to the inner harbor, it was perfect. Left my car in the garage around the corner for the whole stay. The owner responded to questions promptly and really made us feel welcome. I will with out a doubt stay again when in the city.

The host was an excellent communicator. Fell's Point is a great neighborhood with a very interesting history that I was able to dive into with a Baltimore Magazine with a Fell's Point cover story from a couple of years ago that was thoughtfully left for guests to read. If it's hot outside and you plan to sleep on the 3rd floor, be sure to crank the window AC unit a little bit in advance. The house could use a couple of handyman fixes, but my house needs dozens so this isn't really a complaint, just full disclosure. I enjoyed my stay in this beautiful historic neighborhood. The stairs reminded me of Amsterdam lol, but Amsterdam's are even a little steeper.

There were pros and cons for sure. The location was great, close to all the things we wanted to see and tons of awesome restaurants. Little Italy was just a few blocks away. However, the host did not provide parking, and there wasn't any free or inexpensive parking nearby. My husband ended up parking our vehicle a mile or more away and walking back to the house. As per reviewers, the queen bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable, but the street noise on Saturday was VERY LOUD until about 2am. The kids loved their own space upstairs, but it did get rather stuffy up there in the late afternoon/early evening. I definitely would not stay there during the warmer months. The stairs were a cool piece of history to experience, but my husband and 3-year-old both fell down them. If you have any mobility issues AT ALL, I would not recommend staying here. There are no electrical outlets in the main bathroom, and the door wouldn't lock. Otherwise, the house was very clean, and overall we enjoyed our stay on the harbor!
