There will be light renovation work construction in fall 2025. No construction is permitted during the summer season from Memorial Day to Labor Day (except essential maintenance and repairs).

Great Rental

Great location and clean! First time staying at Queens Grant and we loved the location, close to everything. Only con is if you cook you need to pack cooking pans not a lot to choose from.

Great Location

This is our third stay at this condo. We love Palmetto Dunes and this condo has a perfect location. You are close to beach, pool, golf, tennis and Pickelball. There are also lots of restaurants close by. You can walk to the famous Dunes House for lunch or dinner that sits right on beach with nightly entertainment! We had a great time, perfect weather and hope to return soon!

Nice stay in Hilton head. Excellent value for the money.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was furnished really well and it was well worth the money. It was not overpriced at all. The only thing I would improve was that the thermostat doesnā€™t go below 66 and I usually keep mine at like 62 because I have breathing problems Other than that it was great

Lots of space and conveniently located

First time to Hilton Head, and we loved the Palmetto Dunes area! This condo is centrally located - Short drive to beach with easy access and beautiful bike paths. Condo has lots of space and was clean. Love that they provided so much info in advance - highly recommend downloading PDF or app while on the way.

Simple and Easy

Stayed here for four nights and did not have any issues. iTrip Team was quick and easy to respond to if anything was needed. All appliances / grill worked and short walk to everything you needed in the area. Family all agreed to reserve this again on our return to Hilton Head.

Mother and daughters get away.

We had a great time. The space was perfect for our family of 5 . Location was close to the beach. Loved the private patio and grill space. Customer service was outstanding and prompt when our shower head needed to be replaced. Would definitely stay here again.

Great access to conference hotel and beach

Stayed here for a conference at the Marriott. Easy walking distance to the Marriott and to the beach. Also very close to the General Store that has many supplies. Great kitchen if you like to cook. Also a very sizable deck with a gas grill. Very comfortable place to stay

Great condo

Say YES to this condo. We stayed the month of May and had so much fun. The condo is exactly as described and pictured. Very clean and comfortable with a private deck. The best thing though is the location- close to pool, golf, pickelball/tennis, beach and Dunes House! We hope to come back and definitely recommend this place! We love Hilton Head!!

Loved the property

We loved our stay at this property. It was clean, great communication, although emails are very long they do have a lot of useful information. Loved being able to text with questions, received prompt responses and assistance! Location is wonderful as well. This was our first time in Hilton Head, we will definitely come back year after year! This property in Palmetto Dunes was in a great location, walkable to the beach, pool, general store. The property was impeccably clean! Kitchen was well appointed w/ glassware, utensils, etc. Lovely patio too. Truly felt like home away from home:). The management co. was excellent to work with too!

palmetto dunes is centrally located to everything. Bike paths were great. Dunes Buggy drivers were awesome! Our unit had no view of anything, which was kind of disappointing, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

This condo was in a good location. Nice walk to beach, store and bike rental. I do wish the patio was a little more welcoming. There was a lot of debris on it and the furniture was not very attractive. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay here.

This was our fifth stay in Palmetto Dunes, our third stay in this exact Queens Grant unit. The location is amazing. Very quiet, private feel. Unfortunately this stay there was some noisy construction, but what can you do. Less than a five minute walk to the general store or tennis/pickleball. 15 minute walk to the beach. The unit is spacious and has everything you need to get started with your stay. The kitchen is decently stocked with dishes and cookware. The only things we really found ourselves missing were scissors (there were meat scissors) and a pizza cutter. Part of the reason we keep coming back to this particular location is the private washer/dryer and gas grill. Both must haves for us. Our first stay in this unit was in 2020. Nothing seems to have really been updated in the five years except I believe the kitchen sink. The unit as a whole would benefit from a little TLC. One beam on the ceiling looked potentially moldy. Overall we were very happy and comfortable with our stay. The space is really perfect for a family of four.

Overall the condo was clean and sufficient for our four night stay. The unit and parking were easily accessible to carry in luggage and groceries. There were plenty of towels and starter items when we arrived. The iTrip customer service provided excellent customer support with rapid response time to any of our needs. Unfortunately, the clothes dryer was not able to be used and we reported the issue. Repair was not possible during our stay but we did get a credit of 75.00 the week after check out. It was disappointing we packed accordingly based on the amenities and wonder why the previous guests or cleaning crew would not have reported it prior to our stay.
